My daughter has been going there for 2+ years and my son also started going there since he was 6 months old. Teachers are amazing! They share photos and videos every day and share progress with us via app. Both of my kids really enjoy school. Current directors (Ms Betty and Vanessa) are great and always respond to our questions quickly! We are so happy to find the KinderCare.

We had a great experience with KinderCare Foster City for our baby. She started at 5 months old and the teachers were so kind, nurturing, and reassuring. By day 2 our baby was already adjusted and so happy to be there everyday. They update the parent app so frequently throughout the day so we always felt like we knew exactly what our baby was doing and it was wonderful to receive photos and videos during the day as check-ins. We only left the center to go to a daycare closer to our house, but we would highly recommend KinderCare to other parents as our experience overall was really great.

Our journey with KinderCare in Foster City began even before Alex was born. From the moment I spoke with Ms. Betty to secure a spot for my child in the infant room, I knew I had found a special place for my son. Alex started daycare at just 3 months old, and over the years, we have been blessed with the care and guidance of some truly incredible teachers.
In his early years, Alex was nurtured by the wonderful Ms. Nadine, Mr. Sammar, and Ms. Christine. As he moved into preschool, he was fortunate to have support of the amazing teachers Ms. Ana and Mr. Cesar, along with the dedicated assistant teachers Ms. Krissy and Ms. Nancy. When Alex transitioned to the Pre-K room, he was in the capable hands of Ms. Janae and Ms. Michelle, who helped him grow and thrive.
KinderCare in Foster City wouldn't be the amazing place it is without the exceptional management team led by the center director Ms. Betty and the assistant center director Ms. Vanessa. Their commitment to creating a warm, nurturing, and educational environment has made all the difference in Alex's early years.
Today, August 9th, 2024, marks Alex's last day at KinderCare, Foster City, and I want to thank everyone who has been a part of this incredible 5-year journey. You will always hold a special place in Alex's heart!

KinderCare Foster City was nothing short of a complete disappointment. It became abundantly clear to us as soon as we enrolled our child in this facility that it lacked the fundamental level of care and attention required for an infant's well-being. Their carelessness, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to accept responsibility for their actions horrify me.
We were shocked when, just two hours after dropping off our baby at KinderCare Foster City, we received a call informing us that our child had a diaper rash and was being sent home. It is mind-boggling that a reputable childcare facility is incapable of properly treating such a common and manageable problem as diaper rash. A childcare provider must be able to handle such routine situations with competence and care as a fundamental expectation. This is a reasonable show of their absence of compassion and worry for the prosperity of the kids shared with their consideration.
The fact that a childcare facility would place efficiency ahead of the well-being of its children is deeply concerning. If KinderCare Foster City is unable to provide a child with a minor illness like diaper rash with the necessary care and attention, one must question their capacity to handle more serious situations or emergencies. Parents need to be able to trust that their children are in good hands, but this establishment has a serious problem with this.
I unequivocally encourage guardians to reexamine entrusting the consideration of their kids to KinderCare Cultivate City. It's unacceptable that they don't prioritize the needs of infants and don't take responsibility. It is clear that they are more concerned with making a profit than creating a safe and loving environment for children.
All in all, KinderCare Encourage City's failure to address a basic diaper rash, their refusal to issue a refund, and their absence of consideration during such occasions clarify that they are unprepared to give the consideration and backing that guardians anticipate from a respectable childcare office. Save yourself the mistake and search somewhere else for a childcare supplier that focuses on the prosperity of your youngster.
When I went to their facility to pick our son up, I found him just lying there on the floor, crying and unattended.

Kindercare Foster City has been an amazing place for both of my kids. We have experienced every class level at the center and all the teachers are genuinely invested in getting to know you and your children. The leadership develops their staff and also looks for way to increase communication. They offer monthly partners night out (who doesn't love that) and surprise treats for the parents at drop off. The center includes fresh fruits and vegetables with meals as well. Also, when something goes wrong or someone gets hurt, they figure out ways to fix it and get better next time.
