I had a deeply disappointing experience with the Foundation Learning Early Center Daycare. After waiting a year for a spot for my daughter, I was ecstatic when they finally called. However, the joy quickly faded when they insisted on a limited pickup time ( 11 am - 1pm), despite paying full-time fees.
Almost daily calls about my daughter crying disrupted my work, only to find her neglected in the lobby with a teenager upon arrival. After just a month, they callously suggested finding another daycare because my daughter wasn't adapting. It felt like they viewed her as expendable due to their long waitlist.
My daughter, who had never been away from home, understandably needed time to adjust, yet instead of support, we received coldness from the class teacher, Miss Elizabeth. I expected guidance and reassurance, but instead, we were met with indifference. This daycare lacks empathy and professionalism, and I would caution anyone considering it.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with Foundations. Yes, the tuition is high but the care and learning offered are exceptional. Wish they offered school beyond pre-K as our grand graduates this month.

This is the only child care center that I have seen that really cares about the kids and about the environment that they are in. This place is always clean, tidy, and secure. I'd never bring my son anywhere else :) My 2 year old asks everyday for his teacher and loves to go to "school"! Makes me so happy to drop him off!
