Frey's Place

We’ve been bringing our dogs to this daycare for a while now, even back when they were at their old location, but we are absolutely blown away by the new space. It’s spacious, has so much for the dogs to do, and the open outdoor area is incredible. You can tell it was thoughtfully designed with the dogs’ happiness and safety in mind. Maria, Mike, and the entire team are simply the best. They truly care about each dog and take the time to get to know their personalities. They go above and beyond with enrichment activities, thoughtful toys, and plenty of fun thoughtful treats, and our dogs come home happily exhausted every time. One of the biggest gifts has been watching our rescue dog gain so much confidence since attending. The team’s care, consistency, and encouragement have made such a difference. We’re so thankful to have found a place we trust so completely with our pups.

My dog loves this place! It has really helped her learn how to socialize. We go two days a week. Pretty affordable with membership and benefits. The dogs are free and really interact and rest at their own pace. Love the new space!

I cannot speak highly enough of Maria, I’m so grateful we’ve been able to work with her! We were recently referred to Maria through our veterinarian when we had taken in a puppy that was in less than ideal living conditions. Due to her leaving her family too soon, she came with some severe behavioral issues. Maria is so incredibly knowledgeable, and from day one of working with her we have seen our puppy unlock skills that we would never have been able to uncover ourselves. She gave us a behavior modification plan, which we’ve been working on at home, and we’ve seen great strides in our puppies behaviors. We also send our puppy to work with Maria twice a week at Maria’s doggie daycare facility and it’s been FANTASTIC for her confidence. She gets to learn the skills of being social with other dogs, while also learning directly from Maria. I feel like Maria has truly helped us save this dogs life. Having two small children ourselves, we were very concerned what the outcome of having this dog could mean if she went into adulthood without correcting these behaviors. Maria has given us peace of mind and the tools to keep our girl as part of the family. I can’t recommend her enough, and we will be forever grateful to her for helping us. Often times dogs are euthanized or passed around when behavioral issues aren’t dealt with early on, so we will be forever grateful for the early intervention we received from Maria and everyone at Frey’s Place!

Clementine, pictured here after a day at daycare(!), loves going to Bahati and Frey’s Place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 🥰 She’s only been going for about a month, but has already had fantastic improvement in her confidence! She is excited to go now in the mornings and has even begun to play while there! She loves the enrichment activities and I can tell they are such great mental stimulation for her because of how tired and fulfilled she is when she gets home. Maria has been to my house to help with some training as well, and gave me all the tools and insight I need to move forward with my Clemmy. I can tell from my interactions with her and seeing her with Clementine that she truly cares about each and every dog individually and spends a lot of time considering what approaches and tools will help them to succeed. Clementine loves Maria and Mike!

Maria trained & socialized the best dog ever, Maggie! She has outstanding knowledge of the field, a keen eye for dog behaviors, & plenty of experience & success stories. I would feel comfortable leaving any of my animals with her at anytime and know that they would not only be cared for but made to feel like they are at home at Bahati & Frey's place.
