If you’re looking for daycare in Natomas, I definitely recommend this place! The teachers in the infant classroom were wonderful to my son. I truly appreciate the love and care they showed him. They often updated the app frequently with well captured pictures of my son, so shout out to whoever has been taking those beautiful shots. I am thankful to Ms. Isha, the director, for being so respectful and quick to address all my questions and concerns. We’re going to truly miss this place.

Future Thinkers is truly a blessing and have exceeded my expectations as a childcare center and school. Putting my daughter in daycare was hard enough and after touring other centers and homes, for at the time my 6 month old, had me uneasy. I couldn’t be happier and more impressed after coming across Future Thinkers. Being a single mother and not having any family members in the area is hard enough and future thinkers have made things so easy, really becoming a second home for my daughter. She loves going to school and so happy at drop offs/pickups. They have an app where they send you daily updates on what she’s doing, what she ate, and even diaper changes. All the teachers are super friendly, and nothing puts a price on peace of mind knowing that your child is in the best hands. Isha, the director, has been so understanding and accommodating to anything I’ve needed so far. Forever grateful!

My 2 year old has been coming here since she was 9 months old. She has always been very attached and reluctant to change which made things a bit hard, but all the staff were really amazing at helping her acclimate and get through the initial adjustment period, and then again when she graduated out of the infant room. The owner, Isha, is very accommodating when we ask to make a schedule change which is rare for a daycare/preschool to do! I love getting pictures and videos every day in the brightwheel app, plus updates on what she’s eating/drinking. I feel at peace knowing what she’s up to and that she’s being taken care of by wonderful people.

Future Thinkers is AMAZING. The staff know all of the kids by name, their personalities, and how to work with them. They are all incredibly friendly and always available to provide details about your child's day and learning. We all truly feel welcome here. We had my son here from 1 year- 2 years old and then had him at another school in the area for a month (for reasons unrelated to Future Thinkers) and pulled him out after witnessing an incident that made us uncomfortable. Because I trusted Isha's (Future Thinkers' owner/director) opinion, I asked if I could run the incident by her for honest thoughts. Not only did she call me the next day and talked me through my thoughts but she also immediately tried to accommodate us when I asked if she could take my son back. He is so happy to be back and already making friends with teachers and peers. Isha is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, organized, and accommodating.

This business does funny business on yelp and is some how able to hide your negative reviews. With that being said, here is my post from yelp. Please look elsewhere!! I'm writing this review to provide an honest perspective based on our experience with this Childcare Facility. My family trusted them for the last two years, and initially, I would have happily given them five stars. In fact, I would have rated them five stars just a year ago. However, in the past year, we've seen a significant decline in the quality of service. It's clear that there have been various issues within the organization which has led to high turnover in both teachers and students. During this time, the owner, Kaneesha, has been absent due to personal reasons, and her mother has taken on more of a leadership role. Unfortunately, this shift in leadership has led to a noticeable decline in the overall experience. The final straw for us was an interaction with the owner, where she accused my wife and I of "crossing the line of gossiping" simply because we asked about our son's progress and the advancement into the next class. We were only seeking information based on the guidelines provided, and we certainly weren't being pushy. Kaneesha made this accusation in writing, so there are records of the exchange. If you're someone who values transparency and communication regarding your child's development, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Additionally, we were told by two teachers that the reason our 2-year-old son hadn't been moved up to the next class was that he had tried to "escape." If a 2-year-old is at risk of escaping, that raises serious concerns about the safety protocols at this facility. No child should be able to do that, and it's unsettling to think that this might be an ongoing issue. Finally, I'd like to address the fact that many of the glowing reviews here may be the result of families being pressured to leave multiple reviews, "even if they had already done so in the past" to boost the ratings due to previous negative reviews. Overall, I would caution anyone interested in this place to consider their options carefully, especially if you're looking for a safe and communicative environment for your child's development.
