Giggles and Grins

Our daughter started at Giggles and Grins as a young infant. For the last 2 years she has been shown so much love and affection from both the staff and owners. They truly care about the growth and well-being of all the children. We had to move daycares after moving away but it was a very sad day when we left. Our child will definitely miss all of her friends and caretakers and we wish everyone at the facility the best. We highly recommend John, Jamie, Ms Souad, Ms Fazia and all the other loving staff at Giggles and Grins. Take care and God bless!

We love giggles and grins! Our daughter has been going there since she was 3 months old and she absolutely loves it. The teachers and owners care about all of the kids there and they have helped with her transitioning schedules and teaching her new skills. We are so happy we found this day care!

Both of our sons went to Giggles & Grins, one of them from when he was six months old until he started kindergarten. The owners communicated well with us over the years, alerting us to lesson plans, staffing changes, etc. They even hold special events for the families, like an annual picnic and holiday events. We always felt like we knew what our children were learning and doing on a daily basis. We could tell that the teachers genuinely cared about our sons and were interested in their development. The boys made friends and always had fun when they were there, and I never once worried about my children while they were there. We'll miss having our children at Giggles & Grins, and I'd recommend it to any local parents.

I do not even know where to start. I moved from Alabama back to Ohio and I never realized how bad the daycares could be. If this daycare works for you I am glad. Although, I would not send my child here. As soon as i walked in it smelled like an old warehouse. The outside was overgrown and the inside has a bunch of things just stored in rooms. The older kids room 2 and up smelled like pee which made me feel like they wouldn't take the time to take my newly potty trained toddler to the bathroom. Not only that but the teacher that was in the room my child would have been in decided to just take her from my arms and kissed her cheek, i was focused on what the owner was saying so i gave benefit of the doubt. After intensely watching this teacher she ended up doing it AGAINNNN??? I interrupted the owner and said, “Please don't kiss her on the face.” The owner was like oh, parent don’t usually mind👀 what parents baby? because me and the parents i know very much mind. She said i would just out it on the form? Form???? For what to be noted but completely dismissed? Never had a daycare like the one i been into today and makes me want to run back to Alabama.

Our son attended school here for 2 1/2 years. We loved all of the teachers like family. Our son learned SO much while attending and met really amazing friends and teachers. Thank you G&G for such an amazing time and for being such great support for my family!!
