Giggles Drop-In Child Care of Raleigh

I had a doctor's appointment that I was very lucky to get and had no one to watch my kiddos. A close friend recommended the Raleigh giggles location and said he'd had a great experience there. I normally only leave my kiddos with family, so this was a big step for me! My doctors appointment ran late so I called Giggles to let them know that I was running late and they were so accommodating! My boys had the best time with the adorable sensory station they set up and the staff was so friendly and formed a great relationship with my kids in just two hours! We will definitely be checking out their summer camps!

I have never in my life expected or experienced such bad care for my child. It was tragic. First we came by the facility before ever going to use the facility. We asked several questions about childcare and about registering for facility. They said not to worry about registering until day of. I verified that they knew age of child and simple needs like feeding. During his 2 hour stay… they said he only got a few bites of yogurt before lunch time was over. This was obviously frustrating bc I was not even made aware of a limited lunch time! When I picked him up, I asked how it went….. they said if no one was around he screamed. Well if you are not within sight, yes he is going to get scared and cry. He is 14 months old and will need more focused care than a 10 year old. But to top everything off…… they never even changed his diaper evidently by the fact that his pants were soaked!! I do not want and hope that no one allows there young child or any child to attend here!! My mom used to run a large daycare and in my personal opinion, this place should be closed by the state!!

We really appreciate giggles for being there for our family whenever we need assistance. I feel confident that any time my son is in the hands of you guys that he is safe and happy. That in itself is a priceless blessing. Many thanks to all of the women in the Raleigh office. Giggles will always be out number one choice for child care.

I have been dropping my son off here for the past couple of weeks. The staff is very kind and understanding. I really appreciate their efforts in managing the kids so well. They are very affectionate towards the children and do their best to make them feel safe and comfortable.

My two school age boys attended camp this summer and it exceeded my expectations. They were kept active and went on countless field trips as well as tons of engaging experiences in the center. I could tell the staff knew my kids well and they responded with kindness and quick thinking when a boo boo or bad day would happen. 10 out of 10. Great summer experience for kids!
