My experience was with them was good & horrible. The staff were nice except for Angel, the owner. She started on Monday, my daughter had a rough first day, I did explain to them, before her started that she has never been in a daycare before. This is her first time & they understood that but for some reason the second day she was there, during nap time, she was crying. They called me to come pick her up because it’s disrupting the other kids which I understand that but same time I thought they would understand this is a new environment for her & needs to adjust. The owner, Angel came that day & I felt like he just wanted her to leave, I came to pick her up & did not know he was the owner (never met him). Asked him, are you guys going to call me every time she has a hard time during nap time he said if she doesn’t adjust & stay quiet during nap time then yes, someone will have to pick her up. Remind you, I paid them for full time day care. Regardless, this is a daycare, he should have understood a new toddler needs time to adjust. If a two year cannot be quiet during nap time, either you have to pick up them up or leave! He tried to say that my child has issue. He didn’t give my daughter a chance. Felt like he said she has problems, we cannot deal with that. He never asked me how to help her calm down!!! Why would you not ask the parents for help?! I am sorry my child was not easy going. I shouldn’t have to apologize for my daughter crying during nap time when most children cry at that age if they are tired. My husband calls & says the same thing to him & husband ask if she can be with the three years old since they go to sleep later & he said no she cannot because she isn’t potty trained. Remind you the amount we are paying them for was because she was not potty trained & you guys said it was no problem this is the amount & we will help with that process but again the owner does not care. Wednesday, I called the school saying she will not be in & they called back to say that Angel said if we cannot make arrangements to have your daughter picked up during nap time she will have to be gone by Friday! Are you serious?! She hasn’t even been there a week! As a first time mom this is just absolutely heartbreaking & horrible! I was trusting them with my child! The owner, Angel basically threw her out without no care & that hurts! She hasn’t even been there a whole week! Angel you should not be an owner of any daycare if this is how you treat a child & think any child that is having a hard time, has a development problem. Only good thing is the staff (the girls) are really nice & they did refund my money back but I really wish it went different. It really hurts as a first time mom to experience this! If I can just give the staff a 5 star I would, they were nice & sweet but i understand that he is their boss and you have to listen to your boss but I just wish my child was fought for more. If they were understaffed or had too many kids I would have understood that. Angel, does not understand a child coming into a new environment needs time!! I don’t understand why my child could not have been given that time to adjust. I hear stories of other parents that it took their child a week or two to get used to their daycare. I would have tried to help them put my daughter to sleep but he never asked what helps my daughter! He claimed she has problems & she has to go! Bs! If your child is easy going & can adjust easily, he will accept you or not bother you. But i understand time are rough all I can say is the staff are really sweet, really nice & understanding except for Angel! I know my daughter was nervous and freaking out but she was learning things from the staff! This school would have been perfect for my daughter if it wasn’t for Angel! I did not expect this or I was hoping something like this would not have happened considering this was the first daycare my daughter has been to and explained that to them. They seemed like they really understood that but again Angel does not understand that! Im sorry this review for being long.

Do not give them time or money. My children were removed after confronting about bruises, injuries regarding a broken slide. ZERO parent access to pad locked door and cameras. Very unprofessional. Aggressive staff.

Love this place! My son is 1 1/2 and he has learned so much from going here. Talking more, eating better, knows colors and body parts. They take great care of the kids and always have fun activities and take home things for the parents to be involved. Good daycare and caring staff.
