Green Beagle Lodge

Our dog was well taken care of and the staff care about the pups. Our dog really enjoyed the community of canines. :) The daily pictures are a nice touch, but I wish that they were actually posted daily. There was often a lag of 1-2 days before the photos were posted on Facebook. Staff appears slightly over-extended at times and like they could use some more hands on deck. This might allow them to be more engaged and welcoming with puppy parents. Good experience overall, but could be great with little more organization and energy.

I took my dog to Green beagle for a four-hour trial daycare session (2 PM to 6 PM) and paid $50. When we got home, I noticed multiple injuries on my dog’s nose, which made me really upset. The lighting in the facility was dim, so I didn’t see the injuries right away. Although the staff sent a text message and explained the situation in person, I still feel this was due to inadequate supervision. My dog came home unhappy and seemed distressed. Injuries caused by hump from another dog. Determined to stop hump's behavior, it is not known which dog hump is, and has not received any response. I won’t be bringing my dog back here, and if your pet needs a safe environment, I wouldn’t recommend this daycare.They do not care the dog！！

We have been taking our dog Bo to Green Beagle in Chapel Hill for several months now for day camp. He absolutely loves his time there, and the staff are incredible!!! Definitely a premiere facility if you're looking for daytime or overnight care for your pet, as well as grooming. 5 stars!

Would like to give a shout to Alissa at Green Beagle Lodge for being the best groomer my dogs and I have worked with. And this is the case while Alissa was completing her training! I think the key is her communication skills. She inquires, listens, and really looks to implement what the dog owner wants. She is clearly good with dogs because one of mine is high on the jumpy scale and had a good bit of knots that I couldn't get near, while Alissa gave her a great haircut.

Our dog loves this place. He literally jumps out of my truck to go play with his dog pals. Nice that we can leave our dog some place safe and reliable when we have to leave town. They take daily pictures of their guests and post them on Facebook to see!
