My baby is always coming home happy as can be! They staff communicated any concerns throughout the day and resolved them if they were able to. The ladies there are always great to talk to and very friendly. We have had an overall great experience with Happy Kidz!

Great daycare! Very clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My son has been coming here for the past year. We are loving all aspects of it.

Awesome customer service and good staff. My baby is always coming home with cute pictures and drawings. They always message us when their is a concern about the baby. Highly recommend this place. My kids where at this day care the teacher are Great the management it's horrible. One day they fired one of the staff members Alexis the same week she came to my house my kids had only been at the daycare for a month when i told the director Janie Her reply was "ha ha They alway come back to me"" when we reported the daycare she in return called CPS because my daughter has eczema saying i neglect my child which was ruled out immediately she is very Unprofessional. she yells at parents there was a time I went to pick up my son and a little boy had peed on his self. I don't know how long he was laying in wet clothes when the father tried to address the issue she started yelling at him. In front of his kid and mine telling him he needed to calm down which he was very calm, asking why his son has been laying in wet clothes for multiple hours. She tried to tell the father the son was lying. there are many other daycare in the area with professional management.if you love your kids try other daycares first. mi Casa is a great day care LA PETITE is even better.

The teachers were great. During the time my son was enrolled, it was a good experience. It was the aftermath that was not great. I had given them a written 2 weeks notice that I will be taking my son out of their daycare. After my son’s last day, I kept having money taken out of my account from their daycare app, brightwheel. I would call the daycare and they would say that the owner, Janie Orta, is the only one that can stop payments and issue refunds. They would say that they would communicate with her letting her know that I have called but the issues kept on going. Over a period of a month, the payments kept piling up, even after the fact that I had called multiple times about the issue. The app does not have the option of removing yourself or stop autopay. I had to text and call MULTIPLE times Ms. Janie Orta for her to answer and respond back to me, after receiving her phone number. After I received the first refunds of 3 weeks and thought that the issue was resolved, 2 more additional week of payments was taken out. It wasn’t until today that I received the last refund. It was very unprofessional of this business to take over a month just to resolve this issue.
