Happy Trails Daycare LLC

I feel so fortunate to have found Happy Trails Daycare LLC in Anchorage Alaska with my son. He is the most well-adjusted, happy, and social little boy. I was so proud of his development while in the care of Marjorie and Noel. They truly love and treat the children like they are their own. They do the cutest projects with the children, they teach them songs in English and Spanish, they take their professional curriculum level of education to teach the kids independent and many other things that are wonderful for the children. Their communication with parents is also excellent. I always appreciated knowing what was happening and their constant care and updates regarding the children. I recommend them wholeheartedly and I encourage anyone looking for quality childcare for your little one to check them out. Works well with schedules which is awesome! It's been a great experience and it feels great to know that we don't have to worry about our son because he’s in great care of Happy Trails Daycare! I would totally recommend this daycare to active duty soldiers who are stationed here in Alaska like me and anyone in the area!

For about a month & a half this Spring (2023), my 4-y/o nephew was staying with us while his parents went to handle personal matters out of town. From Mon - Thur, he needed to be watched & taken care of by a daycare facility. I was recommended by a close friend to reach out to Ms. Marjorie & Mr. Noel. This process made it much easier as there's a plethora of daycares out there, some good, some bad from what I've heard from various parents. I did the research & checked their homepage & read reviews w/ an open mind. I decided to reach out to schedule a tour & I must say, speaking w/ Marjorie was an experience as she answered all my questions I was throwing at her pertaining to childcare looking at me dead-center in the eyes. I mention that as I'm all about personal character of individuals. I want to make sure I can entrust LLC owners they get the job done correctly. As I was over to tour their place to get an idea of how things are in operation, which from my personal perspective, was very thorough & excellent attention to detail w/ multiple children's wants & needs. I ended up going w/ them at Happy Trails & have no regrets for the time spent there. Both Noel & Marjorie take their craft seriously & abide by local laws to the T. My nephew had a great time there interacting w/ other children, playing games that stimulate the mind & doing art tasks to open up artistic abilities & Marjorie did a wonderful job being there for all the children. Their rates are competitive compared to the numerous facilities I've reached out to. No complaints on my end. After reading negative reviews, I was quite bamboozled by the negativity some posters posted as I did not get negative vibes or any bad service whatsoever from either Noel nor Marjorie. They were very generous & accomodating w/ my timeframe & needs. They delivered on their commitment to offering great service to busy adults on the constant hustle & bustle we call “adulting”. Thank you for what you both do, Noel & Marjorie!

Happy Trails LLC overall is haven to every kid..Children. bcoz while their Parents/Guardians are busy with their job, they can assure their Childs safety while inside the premises. As they were properly taken care of with utmost love and concern just like how they treat their Children. Everyone goes to their ups and downs, and none of us are perfect. Knowing these couple wayback, even when they haven't started this business.. they are Good Couple! God fearing people, and responsible duo. they have their own kids to raise, face their obligations and provide good future for them. That's why they've come up with the idea of putting up a Daycare facility, so they could extend their passion and Love for children tru this facility. They may have some issues of misunderstanding among other Parents who entrusted their kids o this place, but im sure its just a minimal issue and already been settled. We all going tru rough times in our lives, but this gave these couple opportunity to upgrade, to be more hands on, sensible to their patron's needs, and make sure to uphold the Daycare it's mission and vison. Towards a Good relationship with the children and their Parents/Guardians and build a harmonious relationship. This started out great, until the owner started needing to drop my child off early or have someone come pick him up early, or closed the facility completely, even though she supposedly has other staff and her husband is a caregiver. She was closed so often, I had to pay for additional daycare, on top of the enormous monthly tuition I already paid her, then she charged me an additional fee and refused to refund it when I had to remove my son because she had been closed for almost a week. She told me I didn't give her enough notice and I owed her another month or she would "pursue legal action". Filed a complaint with licensing, so if you need info, it will all be there.

Happy trails daycare is everything you are looking for in a daycare. I feel my daughter is safe and cared for. Out of all the day cares I looked for, Happy trails was by far the best! Their set up is all for the kids. My daughter has thrived here, she learned her ABC's and counted above 10 in her first month of going to happy trails (shes not even 3) they are even working on tracing shapes. The kids do lots of fun learning activities that they get to take home, my daughter loves showing me what she made. If you are looking for a daycare that actually cares about your kid, this is the place to go. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Thank you Happy Trails daycare for all that you do!
