Hickory Ridge KinderCare

My grandson has been learning so much at Hickory Ridge KinderCare! It is amazing how much his vocabulary and math skills have progressed, in such a short timeframe. I am also pleased with the school menu. In addition, using the KinderCare App allows me to see my grandson learning and participating in daily and special activities everyday. As for my granddaughter, she is already begun to walk since starting at KinderCare at under a year old! They are happy and thriving at Hickory Ridge KinderCare. The staff is caring as well, and the center is very clean.

In my previous career, I was a lead teacher and assistant director of a daycare center. Having had that experience, I was extremely nervous when looking for care for my two young children. The moment I toured the Hickory Ridge KinderCare, I knew I would feel comfortable sending my children there. In the two years since enrolling my children, I have had nothing but a positive experience. The teachers are kind and caring; I can tell they treat my children like their own. I would like to give particular commendation to Ms. Miata, the lead preschool teacher, who is infinitely patient while still maintaining fantastic control over her classroom. I am also appreciative of management in the school; whenever I have had an issue or concern, they have always responded quickly and compassionately. As a parent, it is so important for me to feel like my concerns, no matter how small, are being heard, and this absolutely happens at this center. I truly recommend this KinderCare to anyone who is looking for a safe, educational environment for their children.

This is a great school! My son has been going here for over a year now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The staff is amazing. We have had great teachers for my son from the infant room through the toddler rooms. They've always taken such good care of him. I'm constantly impressed with how much he learns everyday. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality daycare in the Columbia area.

We are very thrilled with Hickory Ridge Kindercare. We switched from a previous school that had a few problems, were initially worried about a new unknown, but we are so happy we made the switch. Our children (5 and 2 as of this review) have blossomed incredibly under the wonderful teaching staff and center director and assistant director. They mix fun learning with interactive play covering math, art, reading, nature, environmental studies, civics, science, weather, it's terrific. The teaching staff is caring and nurturing, always attentive. It's a wonderul place.

Our experience at this KinderCare facility has been great. That staff are kind, caring, and very professional. We are greeted at the door and constantly updated of our child’s well-being, which provides us with peace of mind as new parents. Furthermore, the curriculum is great as the lesson plans can be expounded upon in our home setting. Highly recommended facility!
