Hounds Hideaway

So I was set to fly it out of Little Rock airport and I had a babysitter all set up for my dog. They had a family emergency and had to cancel. Now it's 6:00 a.m. and my flight leaves in a few hours and I'm in a jam. I went to one of the other snooty shelters and they just shoot me away. Then I went to see these guys. The two girls that helped me were personable, sympathetic to my situation, and the fact that I was upset about having to leave my dog with people I don't know. All those fears were unfounded and this is a tremendously great place. If you need your dogs to go somewhere during the day or if you need to set them there long-term this is the place to go.

We LOVE Hounds Hideaway!! Our dog is always so excited to get out of the car in the mornings when we drop her off for day care. I love that throughout the day they post pictures of the dogs, it’s so cute to see them playing. The staff is wonderful—you can really tell they love what they do and they love the dogs. I highly recommend Hounds.

Hounds’ Hideaway in Conway seriously impressed us. We were in town for vacation and needed a spot to watch our adult German Shepherd, Diamond, for the day—and they delivered on every level. Booking was super easy—we registered online and got a friendly follow-up call right away to walk through a few quick questions. Drop-off around 8 AM was seamless. The staff was organized, welcoming, and clearly knew what they were doing. The facility was spotless. With so many dogs coming and going, it was surprisingly clean, and every dog we saw looked happy and well cared for. Midday, they posted a huge batch of Facebook photos, including several of Diamond looking relaxed and playful. It was a thoughtful way to stay connected and see how she was doing. When we picked her up around 6 PM, the staff walked us through a full “report card” of her day—what she did, who she played with, and how she settled in. It felt personal and genuine. At $30 for the full day, the value is excellent. For the level of care, communication, and cleanliness, this place really stands out. The 4.8-star rating is absolutely well earned—it’s every bit as good as it looks. We’ll be bringing Diamond back any time we’re in Conway. Can’t recommend them enough.

I took my 5mo old mini golden doodle here for daycare and was beyond impressed! He was so excited to go in to play and the staff was so sweet to him during drop off and pick up. They called mid-day to let me know how he was doing and posted lots of pictures of my little bestie throughout the day. Bentley was so tired when I got him home but it made me feel good to know he got a bunch of activity in that he wasn’t getting at home. He will be going back soon and I would recommend that anyone send their fluffy friends to daycare here!

My girl Ivy had a blast today! The people were super kind and gave me a mid-day update about how she was doing. They cared about the safety of the animals under their watch and made me feel safe when sending her to puppy daycare! We will be back; if I ever need to board her, they will be my go-to!
