Hounds Hideaway

I brought my dog there for the first time last week. They were so welcoming to him! They posted pictures on a private FB group so I could see how his day was going. I loved seeing how he was progressing through the day. As I browsed their pictures, there were hundreds of pictures from each day. Most of the dogs in the pictures were SMILING! This, more than anything, helped to reassure me that my dog would love it. It was a great experience, and I am looking forward to continuing to give him opportunities to socialize at Hounds Hideaway.

Hounds' is THE best place to send your pups!! My two absolutely love going. As soon as we pull into Congress Circle they start getting excited and are ready to go. All of the Pack Leaders are super friendly. I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in (so are my boys). They do nose-to-tail checks everyday for all the dogs' safety. I believe all the workers are CPR trained for dogs. They have 3 play groups based on size and temperament. They post pictures throughout the day for parents to check in and see the fun. If you are concerned, they have no issue with you calling to check on your baby. My boys also get groomed there. Kait does a fantastic job with their cuts. We board them there as well. They have you fill out a detailed questionnaire before your boarding stay to ensure the best care possible (like when and how much to feed, give any medicines, you can do treats or chews at bedtime). Hailey and the gang are absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Hounds Hideaway. Best place for pups, hands down.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. My dog is very timid but he gets excited when he realizes we are there. He has an amazing day and I am thankful for the ability to trust in them caring for him. And I love the daily photos they post!!!!

This is the first time my dog has been to daycare in all his life and he’s 8! They were very thorough in the registration process with him and very kind/gentle with him and his back issues. They kept me updated all day which eased my anxiety about the whole process. He obviously had a really great time by the photo, report card, and big nap he took when he got home. I can’t thank them enough and I already booked another day!

We have left our pups with HH a few times now for daycare & overnight boarding. We are so impressed with the facility & the staff! Our pups get so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Thank you HH!
