Went in far the initial interview for my senior dog today. The staff seemed very interested and kind. Looking forward to spending some time at this facility. Elvis approved.

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. Jessica, the owner (and dietician), stated that they don't offer a window of late time for appointments. She said since she has been working there she's never had someone running late and "they don't run into this issue." Well, as I told her, many doctors office allow a late window due to being understanding and compassionate about their clients and/or customers. Additionally, I was only shown a picture of where my dog would stay but not allowed to view the back area. I felt this to be odd but overlooked it. Their customer service is poor and they lack compassion for dog owners. Would NOT recommend. Furthermore, the time I ran late would interfere with their 12pm lunch break. Clear communication is always welcomed. Maybe something they can consider addressing in the future.

Our sweet Lila girl is back home from her CatCation, and we just want to give a huge thank you to Hound Town for taking such great care of her and giving us peace of mind while we’re away from home! Definitely recommend and will be returning customers! 💗🫶🏻

Absolutely so happy. My trip was stressful and this was my first time leaving my German Shepherd at a boarding place and even away from me for More than a day. I am now more comfortable traveling knowing I can leave her here. The care and love she gets with this talented staff and clean facility....unmatched. they went above and beyond to accommodate even when my trip was delayed coming back and I had to leave my fur baby there for another night. I couldn't be happier and found a new trusted place to leave her when I have to take a trip.

Ask ALL the questions! I thought that doggy daycare would be the perfect solution for my German Shepherd/Husky. He needed to play and socialize with other dogs. With 4.9 rating on here, what could go wrong? The people were really friendly and when we started going he was always very excited to be there. He was so happy I started ignoring some red flags. First he would come home smelling of pee and drinking water like he just hiked through a desert. I told myself he was playing hard and forgot and accidents happen. But the pee was every day. I asked Hounds town employees why. They told me there is not a place for them to go outside and recommend I purchase an after play bath. I asked them if I could have a look at the playroom that he was in they said no. They have a “display” playroom that you can see by the entrance. But I have only seen one dog in it. Still I wanted to believe it was a good fit but when I brought up my red flags to his vet she became concerned. Last time I picked him up, I noticed they had a different AC units for all the play areas and the lobby. This got me thinking about the air quality in the play areas. When I was giving him a bath after getting him home I noticed a one inch stretch on his nose. I called to see if something had happened. They told me they didn’t know about it but “dogs play with their claws and teeth.” This is true and I know it but if they were being supervised I would have expected someone to have known something about it. Anyhow, way too many red flags. I would not be able to live with myself if something happened to him. I asked if they would refund a portion of the 5 day pre paid days. The owner said she would not. According to her I should have asked more questions. She said the most she would do is pass my number on to another client and have them buy them off me. So if you are thinking about going here make sure to ask all the questions.
