Hounds Town Pittsburgh Strip District

My 4 month old chihuahua mix Pablo enjoyed his first ever daycare experience at Houndstown! The staff was so professional, accommodating and great with my pup. We will definitely be returning. The pic was taken on the ride home after a hard day of playing at Houndstown!

We rescued our Maya 8 months ago and she has severe separation anxiety. Since having not a good experience at another daycare we were hesitant to try again. However the staff at the strip location is very kind, caring and experienced with this kind of problem. They were very reassuring and after only two visits so far, we not only feel much more comfortable leaving Maya whenever we like, but we know she is having fun and doesn't mind coming back. We are grateful to have them and highly recommend them to anyone.

My dog had a fantastic time at Hounds Town Strip and I feel 100% comfortable and excited to bring her there whenever I want (no booking necessary for daycare)! They are experts with dogs and their approach to pack play is brilliant! They are quick and friendly and efficient with dropoff and pickup, while also engaging the owners (moms and pops) in a community-centric way. They will remember your dog’s name the instant they see them, and treat them very well 🐶💛

My timid dog Ellie went here for the first time last week. She usually is so scared of new spaces, people, and dogs but in the pictures Hounds Town posted, she looked like she came out of her shell and was having so much fun! It made me so happy to see her interacting with other dogs. After the first day, we were given a report card with how she did which I liked.

First time boarding our two dogs at Hounds Town in the Strip District. They loved it and did great! Thanks for taking g good care of my boys. The only improvement would be cameras so I can see them having fun!
