Staff turnover is high, and the quality of care has plummeted (excessive screen time). They cut corners on everything from sanitation to staffing ratios, putting children at risk. Punitive treatment of staff whom speak against practice violations. Steer clear of this deteriorating daycare.
Staff exceptions to the above review...Mel, Carol, Marenna, Charnaye (spell check).

Was in the drive-through at Dunkin yesterday and watched in HORROR as one little boy kept attacking another little boy on the playground by the back fence. Pushed him to the ground and threw a ball at his head continually. The poor kid just laid there as the other kid ran away and then came back and hit him again over and over in the face!!! My mom instinct was to run over and stop him- I saw NO teachers anywhere. I left the drive-through to go to the school to complain, and I see 4 to 5 adults all huddled around in a circle by the front of the playground talking with their backs to ALL the kids playing.
I will NEVER send my child here. Imagine if this was my child or yours.

We feel very blessed to have the amazing care and education of Inspire staff! Our daughter always leaves happy and the daily report of her favorite learning activity, book, and song are part of our family dinner conversation. Daily drop off and pick up includes a greeting by name with a warm smile from Melissa or Kristen. We look forward to watching our daughter continue to grow socially and academically under the care of the Inspire Montessori family!!

My daughter is a toddler at the Miamisburg location. Not only is it convenient to have our daycare right down the road from my office, but it's also incredibly reassuring to know that she is thriving developmentally and is very well taken care of. Each day she arrives eager to start the day and I find her happily playing when it comes time to pick her up in the evening. It is very evident that she loves the teachers and her time spent there. Despite the fact that as full-time, working parents we are unable to be with her all day, it is so nice to get daily detailed reports of what she learned, activities the children partook in, how and what she ate, how she napped etc. The facility, staff, curriculum, standards etc. are very evident and reflect nothing less than the 5-star rating they hold from the state.

I sent my kid here bc it was the first availability…DONT do it!!!! Constantly closing for just because reasons with no help for what parents are going to do on those days or refund for services not received. They only employee who was there for longer than 3 months his entire 2 years attending was the director. The last straw was he was expected to stay home while his teacher went on vacation bc the assistant couldn’t “handle him” my son is not a problem child. His teacher has praised his progress and his eagerness to participate….his attendance DID put his class over legal ratios…..so basically rather add a staff member who CAN handle a normal 3 year old they kept my money and told ME to watch him. So now I have a 3 almost 4 year old who has a longer wait for better facilities than he’s actually going to need them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT settle early!!!!! Wait the extra time there’s a reason they always have availability!!!!
