As a parent, I can confidently say It's A Childs World is the best in the area! The staff are incredibly nurturing and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my children feel safe and loved. Their curriculum is well-structured, incorporating creative activities that foster learning and development at every stage. The communication is outstanding, keeping me updated on my children's day with detailed daily reports and open availability to discuss any concerns. I feel completely at ease knowing my children are in such capable hands. My 2 children have been going here for over 5 years now. Reese, Anne, Dana and all others have made a great impact on our family. Truly appreciate every single one of these guys and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

Would recommend this center to anyone! The staff has went above & beyond the last few years to work with our family & assist with all of our additional needs, as we have a child with a sensory disorder who sometimes has some big emotions & actions. Not only have they gone out of their way to help our children feel safe & loved at the center, they have also supported us as parents & been there as a crutch for us as well. I truly feel like I’m dropping them off to a family member when they are at the center. They are great with communication, family support & caring for the children!

My grand kids have been goimg there since they were born, and a 3rd on the way is on the list. The kids love the place and so do we. They host holiday dinners, they do field trips and much more. I've recommended many people to this business, we love it. This month they have brought parents and local celebrities in tonread to the classrooms. My granddaughter gives hugs to most of the teachers as she's leaving for the day. One of teachers has been teaching my 18mo grandson a second language. It's an amazing place.

My almost 4 year old daughter has been going here for 2 years now and we love it ! Between the big growths in her learning and the interactive experiences they provide her and other students with we truly love this daycare! She loves her teachers and friends at this center - thank you for communicating and taking such good care of my daughter

I had high hopes for this daycare because it's clean, organized, and offers great field trips. However, the experience quickly soured due to the unprofessional behavior of the owner, Dana, and one of the teachers, Reese. Despite addressing several concerns with Reese, we were met with a smiling face that masked a dismissive attitude. Reese took every opportunity to blame my wife—who is Indian—for any issues, and the discrimination was very apparent. My daughter was once the only child playing outside in extremely cold weather without a jacket, which was concerning in itself. When I questioned this, one of the teachers claimed my wife didn’t provide a jacket when dropping off my daughter. However, I later found TWO coats inside my daughter’s cubby, which my wife had given her that morning. What would this be called? On multiple occasions, we were told we could change my daughter’s dirty diaper because the teachers were busy with other kids when we picked her up. Additionally, she frequently came home with soiled diapers or was not properly cleaned after changing. This neglect, combined with the unprofessionalism we encountered, left us frustrated and disappointed. They requested a two-week payment upfront, but once they received it, they became unresponsive to our attempts to communicate. They claimed the daycare wasn't the right fit for our family, discouraging us from reaching out, yet still accepted our payment. After receiving the payment, they kept my daughter’s belongings in a grocery sack right next to the entrance door and then called my behavior hostile when I inquired about missing items. When asked about the missing belongings, they claimed the two-week notice we paid didn’t include time to search for them. Any parent in this situation would have questioned them the same way. So, as long as you don’t question them about their mistakes, you should be fine. We have recordings of Reese's dishonest statements and all the text messages, should we choose to escalate the matter. While the daycare itself may be fine, the lack of empathy, respect, and professionalism from the staff, particularly Reese and Dana, makes it clear that this facility is not a suitable environment for my child. I would not recommend this daycare to any other parent.
