Jani's Family Childcare

We love Jani's Family Childcare! Our son has been going for a year and a half and he loves it! Jani provides such a warm, nurturing, personalized environment for the kids. There are three caring teachers who do wonderful, intentional activities and projects with the kids, and we appreciate the Montessori materials & approach. The teachers are always doing trainings and workshops to further their own learning. We have parent/teacher meetings twice a year for formal feedback and ongoing communication with the teachers. We love the Spanish immersion component and the community amongst all the families and kids. Both my son and I have made great friends through the community Jani has created. All the kids graduate very prepared for kindergarten! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Our family’s two kids attended Jani’s for about 3 years each and they had an amazing experience and were well prepared for school (kindergarten for my son and TK for my daughter). The mix of play-based learning, Montessori, and Spanish immersion helped our kids feel engaged, learn more than the basics (my son was reading and writing by the time he started kindergarten), and helped our family keep our bilingualism. Our kids love the teachers and the group of families have become an extension of our community, something that was super important during Covid times. We miss Jani’s but we are happy to still be local and see the teachers and the other families regularly!

Jani and Clara taught both of my kids from ages 1-5. They have a loving and enriching program where they prepared them well for kindergarten. My kids enjoyed having fun learning activities along with plenty of time to play. They came home with new songs and words and loved showing me what they did at school. I highly recommend Jani’s Family Childcare.

We picked Jani’s family daycare because our neighbors son was there and she highly recommended it. After talking with Jani I knew it was going to be the perfect fit for our son as well! He learned so much the two years he was there to get him ready for kindergarten. When I dropped him off I knew he was well taken care of, fed delicious food, and learned all kinds of new things including Spanish! I highly recommend Jani’s Family childcare to everyone! Years later and we still have a wonderful relationship with Jani and her family!

Janis childcare has been like a second home for my 3 boys. We have absolutely loved our time there. The teachers are nurturing and caring, the curriculum is top notch with lots of hands on, inquiry based learning in a supportive atmosphere with life long teachers. Jani has created a beautiful community with her school that means students but also parents and teachers thrive.
