Just signed myself and two children up for memberships. Jillian was extremely helpful and professional. However, I ended up starting my membership 2 days prior to my littles as they were indecisive and I wasn’t expecting a youth membership to be so expensive. The lady at the front really frustrated me as she took my application and then another women’s and began asking personal questions (DoB, address, insurance ID…) ping ponging between the two of us. I’m sure the other member was a nice lady but I felt uncomfortable and so I asked the front desk lady if she could just help the other lady first despite me being there before her and she responded by stating she can help the both of us at the same time. Jillian politely said she would help me and did just that. I just thought the front desk woman could’ve been a tad more discreet of potential members personal information.
As for the gym, the one thing that stood out was how icky the pool was when I went. It smelled like urine, very pungent and nauseating. My children were extremely disappointed but I don’t think they will ever experience that pool. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with our new memberships.

The workers at the front desk were really slow and disrespectful. I told them my name to which they replaced with a shortened nickname. The check in process took a lot longer then needed. The pool is only a lap pool. A large group of people sat in the blechers staring at the empty pool it was awkward and the people gave me culty vibes.... Extremely disappointing

My fist time here just visiting from out of state and i liked it here 🤭😅 its clean and the staff are helpful especially that i was coming with a membership from another state. Overall. Its a great gym 💪🏼 i will be working out here for the next week!
Update: well sucks that they didn't let me work out the next morning at 6:30am because i don't have the national membership or whatever and they wanted to charge me a fee for a guest pass. Which i wouldn't mind if the front desk person did her job the previous day and verify my status so i wouldn't have wasted my time waking up early. It's a great gym but the front desk person wasted my time and as a gym person its horrible.

Don’t ever go to this place if you are a female i’ve called this place for three weeks in a row to get information on swimming classes that I had to miss because I am a female and a females go through something monthly. I finally was able to talk to someone Morgan Megan, unfortunately since I’m the one that canceled that class because of my period I no longer can make up the class or receive a refund

This place loves to close down for any reason, any holiday, etc. if it rains, snows, thunder, storm etc they will make any excuse to close early. Do not know how we are suppose to keep a routine if this place is closed every other day. It appears they are just trying to cut back their costs by these actions. Steam room and locker room are old, need to be retiled and locker rooms changes. Instead they just put a costing of epoxy on the floor.
