Ophelia is an amazing human! We are beyond grateful for her and her staff. They listened and paid attention and that's something a lot of people haven't done for us. They were even able to set up an at home visit the day after Christmas. It was a very special moment and I'm glad they were there to share it with us. I fully recommend them to anyone looking.

This place helped my get my baby girl in my life every step of the way anything you ask they are willing to provide the best help you can get Jeremy and Ophelia are two amazing people and open books to any questions to new parents I couldn't have asked for better service my daughter truly loves them any time she had something to show me she had to show Jeremy too they watched her grow for 13 months every week if there's a court order they take it to the highest value. I went through Joining hands for almost exactly a year. When I first reached out I was in such a bad place having been emotionally beat down by the previous facility I was using. The staff at JHV welcomed me with nothing but love, positivity and a great (and non judgemental) attitude. I spent every Tuesday evening there with my daughter and we had so much fun!! The staff was accommodating and friendly and wrote the most detailed visit reports! 10/10 would absolutely recommend JHV to anybody going through such a stressful and scary time.

So this place is amazing and all of the employees and the owners are just simply good at what they do. So joining hands visitation is an organization that keeps the bridges open and sturdy when it comes to parents and kids who have been separated and have visitation orders JHV provides all the resources to.make sure they are connected from video visits to transportation of the children. This job is super important and super demanding but this organization gets it done and all the while staying objective and keeping the focus on just doing what they are supposed to do that is to make sure that kids, parents, foster parents, social workers are all able to cohesively work together when it comes to visitation and transportation. I want to give A big huge shout out to JHV you guys keep up the good work. I happen to have a front row seat when it comes JHV due to the fact that my lovely future wife works for them. I have listened and watched how dedicated they are to what they are doing day in and out that if I ever found myself needing someone to transport, supervise, monitor my visit with my children JHV would be the organization that I would want to handle that for me. Mrs. Ophelia and her team at JHV are really an organization that is trustworthy reliable most of all committed to what job entails and getting it done time and time again keep up the amazing work JHV your making an impact one case at a time and in such a positive manor.
