Jovie of Denver

This is a mixed review because the usefulness of this service was for backup care. The care received was of good quality, but they didn't show up one of the three days we needed them. If you absolutely need care, then this service isn't realible enough to provide that. They bill themselves as a company that specializes in on demand care and with a broad network, they still failed to find someone for us one of the days we needed them.

I used Jovie to provide childcare for a conference in Denver. They were so easy to work with, the nannies provided were wonderful, professional and the children loved them. I wish there was a Jovie in every city where we do our events. Well done and thank you!

Jovie has been a game-changer for our family! With our older kids, driving multiple kids to and from practices with conflicting schedules was getting stressful, but our sitter through Jovie solved that concern for us! Ashli has been so wonderful to work with and very responsive.

This service was a lifesaver during a very last minute event. They were professional, the kids did great with them and the adults were able to enjoy the experience. I HIGHLY recommend them if you find yourself in need!!!!

We have booked Jovie. We have had our caregiver cancel on us yesterday afternoon and Jovie has had over half a day to find an alternative caregiver. However, less than half an hour before care was meant to start, Jovie has confirmed that they cannot assign anyone. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional and had they notified us the day before, we would have found someone out-of-pocket. Now they have left us stranded and my wife and I both have packed schedules. This is not how to treat customers and their standards of communication fall well short of professional standards.
