My husband and I came into town for an event and we needed to find care for our daughter. Being from out of town, we were unsure of the options until we found Jovie. This service was the most perfect solution to what we needed. It was amazing to have the peace of mind knowing that we would be working with a reputable provider. Our sitter Thea arrived early, and our daughter had the most amazing experience. Thea was magical and engaging, which was wonderful considering we only had a small number of toys and activities available in our hotel room. Here we are a week later and our daughter is still talking about her time with Thea. Every step of the process was positive, from the very first call to obtain information to the follow up we received a few days later and everything in between. I would highly recommend Jovie of Rochester to anybody and I will definitely use the service again the next time we come to town.

We travel with some frequency to Mayo Clinic and have utilized Jovie's services each time. Our caregiver matches have always been excellent and Jovie is extremely responsive and easy to schedule.

We've used College Nannies to provide in home Care for our 1 year old through the pandemic. They have been great to work with, finding great nannies for Harrison. We've particularly appreciated their responsiveness and helping find care when our primary nanny is unable to work on a given day. They have been extremely helpful in ensuring we have consistent care for our son.

CNT did an excellent job of working with our family and providing the care we needed. We had several last minute requests, short term nanny needs and off hour work schedules and they went above and beyond to make sure our children were cared for by professional and loving sitters. The app is extremely user friendly and makes it so easy to quickly enter a request and hear something back almost always right away. If there was not a sitter available for the exact hours we needed, Lindsay and the other staff always went above and beyond to make sure it was still filled and always did a great job of keeping us informed and in the loop. Our kids loves the babysitting staff and the sitters always keep in great communication with us during the day. We highly recommend this agency to help with your childcare needs. I have really enjoyed working with college nannies, sitters and tutors. I have hired three of the nannies that work for this service through the babysitting app to take care of my 11 month old daughter, and they all have done a wonderful job. They have all been punctual and great at reporting back to me how my daughters day's have been. I feel like my daughter has been in good hands.
