Joyful Hearts Early Learning Center

Joyful Hearts is truly a wonderful place that I recommend to parents that are looking for a safe, caring and stimulating environment. My little one loves all of her teachers especially Miss Lina. They all treat her like she is one of their own .

This is the most horrible place to bring your child. Sadly I enrolled my son to this facility and he was abused by other children! The staff was incompetent and told me to my face that they weren't qualified to watch toddlers when my son came home with bit marks all over his body! I reached out to the owner Jenny and she sent me a video of my son getting beat on by two other older kids and the staff did nothing!! Then she sent me another video of my son again getting beat on by another child and the staff member Val walked away even though she saw it and did nothing! Needless to say DCYF is involved and also Department of Human Services because of her lack of care! Do yourself a favor and do your research on daycares before enrolling your child! No child should be allowed to get beat on by other children and then have the owner send you the video of it!! I have tons of pictures, videos and texts from the bright wheel app to prove what a horrible place this is!! Please don't go and share this with anyone who is looking for a daycare to do your research!

We have had a wonderful experience with Joyful Hearts and Ms.Lina, Mrs.Deb, Mrs.Amanda, Ms.Leslie and Mrs.Jenni. We are so lucky we live in the area and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our baby boy. We’re sad he’s leaving the infant room but excited to see him move to the the toddler room.

The school conducts itself in a professional yet down-to-earth manner. Very responsible and attentive to my son's needs. I highly recommend Joyful Hearts Early Learning if you are looking for great quality care and early education for your children this is the right place to be.

Unfortunately, the person I spoke with at the front desk doesn’t know what’s going on in this daycare. I called three times and asked to speak with the director to enroll my child and to ask questions about daycare since I’m a first time mom. The person at the front desk didn’t know anything. She only told me that there’s availability right now so I said great just have the director call me back. I’ve been calling for three days to try to speak with Jessie or Ms. Lina and no one has called me. None of my questions were answered either as the person at the front desk has no idea how that daycare is run. The saddest part is I called for a third time to be told now there’s a waitlist, but when I asked how long this new waitlist is, the front desk girl says she doesn’t know?! Do your job properly or else don’t work where there’s worried parents and little kids. I wouldn’t put my kid here even if they ever do call me back. The miscommunication is horrible.
