Joyland Bilingual Daycare

We are so grateful for the wonderful care our son received at Joyland daycare during his time there from age two to three. The teacher Joy was exceptionally kind and attentive, and we truly appreciate the excellent care she provided. Choosing Joyland daycare for our son was one of the best decisions we made. The teachers are fantastic – so kind and caring. He always came home happy after a day filled with fun and interesting activities.

We enrolled our child at Joyland’s Cupertino location as their very first student when the center opened. Initially, we were hesitant about being the only family there, but any uncertainty quickly faded thanks to Teacher Crystal’s caring, patient, and trustworthy nature. Now, after more than nine months, we have no regrets about our decision. Our child has struggled with eczema since infancy, and to our amazement, Crystal managed his skin condition even better than we could at home. His transition from home to daycare was seamless, and we truly appreciated the 1:1 (and later, small-group) attention he received in those early days. Thanks to Crystal’s meticulous hygiene practices, he stayed remarkably healthy even during flu season—a rare feat for children in daycare! Crystal was able to maintain the same high standard of personalized care even as more children joined the center. Her attentiveness and dedication made a profound difference in our son’s comfort, development, and happiness. Highly recommend Joyland!

This was my son's first daycare, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! He attended the new Cupertino location, and we were incredibly sad to leave when we moved to another state. Every single day, he had an absolute blast. We toured many daycares in the area—both big and small—but something about this new home-based daycare stood out to us. Initially, I never considered a home-based daycare, but we were drawn to the warmth and care of this place. My only hesitation was that we are not Chinese, and I wondered if my son would have trouble adjusting since the teachers and other kids speak Mandarin. It turns out that didn’t matter at all! The teachers truly loved him and provided such individualized care that he thrived. The biggest testament to how much he loved this daycare? Every morning, he would eagerly drag us to the car, excited to go. On weekends, he was disappointed and upset when we told him there was no daycare. Seeing his excitement every morning to see his teachers reassured us that we made the right choice. From a learning perspective, it was obvious that he gained so many new skills. He would come home doing things we had never taught him, and it was amazing to see his growth. Communication was also excellent—the teachers uploaded lots of pictures every day and were always quick to respond to messages. We are so grateful for the love and care they provided, and I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing and engaging environment for their child.

Joyland is a joyful and love-filled environment that our daughter absolutely thrived in during her year and a half at the Santa Clara campus. The teachers are truly amazing - they take care of our daughter with patience and love, and we're always happy to see her come home with a clean uniform and a smile on her face. It's clear that they pay attention to each child's growth, changes, and interests, as they would often share fun stories with us when we pick her up. We really appreciate Joy's educational philosophy and the discovery-based learning approach that she encourages. Our daughter was guided to follow her interests in areas like music, reading and interpersonal connections, which greatly helped her develop her independence. We were also impressed with the creative classes offered, such as crafting, music training, language development, and Chinese poetry. Our daughter enjoyed every lesson and came home with lots of new knowledge. Overall, we highly recommend Joyland Bilingual Daycare. We saw the staff's love and care for the children, and our daughter was very happy and healthy during her time with them.

My daughter has been to Joyland since 15 mo and I'm glad we chose Joyland. The staff here are caring and genuinely interested in the kids' well-being, which makes a huge difference. My daughter is happy here and don't even want to go home after school. Joyland offers a wide variety of activities: music sessions where teachers play the ukulele, fun art projects, trips to nearby Ponderosa Park. Kids never get bored here! There are also special events throughout the year like Easter egg hunts and holiday-themed photo booths. If you're looking for a reliable and nurturing place for your kid, Joyland is highly recommended!
