Kelley Austin KinderCare

We enrolled our daughter when she was around 9 months old. She'd been home up until that point and initially had a hard time adjusting to the new environment. Her classroom teachers and everyone else we interactred with went out of their way to ease the transition and make her feel safe and cared for. She is now waiting at the door for us to take her to daycare in the mornings. Special shout out to Ms. June and Ms. Wanda who are so caring, attentive, and kind every single day. They make us feel like our child's well being is their top priority, and I'm sure all other parents feel the same way. The center director and other staff members are all very attentive and quick to answer any questions, and in general the atmosphere is a very positive one. They truly care about the children in their care and their families.

We have had a wonderful experience at this daycare. The teachers and administrative staff have been nothing but kind and welcoming towards my family. We started our little one in the infant class and I’ve watched him grow more curious and social in the toddler room. He is not only cared for but engaged in so many fun and exciting activities.

We have both of our children at Kelly Austin KinderCare and we love it! The teachers are wonderful, you can tell they genuinely like the children. With our older son, his teacher did 99.9% of the potty training - we just reinforced and enjoyed the benefits at home! This daycare is Montessori-style, which means they encourage independence. Our oldest especially responds really well to this type of environment. We noticed some staff turnover in the younger-aged rooms, but the teachers in the older classrooms seem more consistent.

We have loved our experience at the Kelley Austin KinderCare! Ms Belinda and Ms. Ajeenah are the best, as the assistant and directors. They know my kid and love her dearly. Teachers are great too. The app they use is really helpful for communicating with the teachers and they're great about uploading photos throughout the day and keeping us parents informed. Will be sending my second kid there as well!

I admit I am an anxious parent so when it came to finding our 4 year old new childcare after ours fell through it was tough! Kelly Austin has been an absolute blessing, from the directors Ajeenah and Belinda who greet our son each and every day by name and with a smile to his teacher who we cannot thank enough. Ms. Andrea is a young educator with the know how of a seasoned veteran, I am confident she has a bright future ahead of her. Our son does not gravitate to just anyone you have to first be kind and engaging. Ms. Andrea is one of his favorite people in the entire world she is in fact superhuman to him, and for all we know she might just be. Her assistant Ms.Suzanna radiates kindness and her smile soars with the kids, who find comfort in her presence. My son has a blast while learning, he has it made! On the end of being a parent Kelly Austin is responsive and has solid communication. I love the updates I frequently get from Ms.Andrea. Seriously this a special place with people who genuinely care about your child.
