I love Kid City! I just had a baby in February and dropping him off at daycare was a huge stressor for me. I am already dealing with severe postpartum depression so the thought of dropping him off was almost too much for me. The ladies in the infant room (Dawn, Amber and Morgan) have been absolutely a God send to me. Every time I go in to pick him up they are loving on my little one as if he was their own. Over the last several weeks, that fear has gradually went away. The first few times I took him, I cried and cried when I left. Now, I leave without crying because I know that he is being well taken care of. The care they give him that I see first hand has helped me personally in so many ways in my postpartum journey. I can’t thank them enough for what they are doing not just for my little one, but for me as well. ❤️

My Daughter Has Been At This Daycare For Almost 4 Years. She’s Autistic, And Even Though We Moved A Month Ago, I Stayed In Contact With The Director And A Few Teachers Multiple Times To Make Sure She Would Still Be Included In Her 4K Graduation. I Was Reassured Every Time That She Would Be.
We Showed Up And My Baby Was Nowhere In The Slideshow With The Other Kids, And Her Name Wasn’t Even On The Pamphlet. Meanwhile, Kids And Teachers Who Hadn’t Even Been There Long Were Featured, While My Child Was Left Out Completely.
What Hurts Even More Is I Truly Loved This Daycare. I’ve Always Spoken Highly Of Them And Went Out Of My Way To Recommend Them To Other Parents. I Treated Everyone There With Nothing But Respect. So For My Daughter To Be Treated Like She Didn’t Matter On One Of The Most Important Days Of Her Life Is A Hurt I Wouldn’t Wish On Any Parent.
I Didn’t Get An Apology — Just A “Simple Mistake” Comment That Only Came After I Said Something Publicly. It’s Hard To Believe It Was Just A Mistake When She Was Left Out Of Not One, But Two Different Things.
And This Isn’t The First Time I’ve Felt Like They Weren’t Equipped To Handle Her. On Days Her ABA Therapist Wasn’t There, They Would Ask Or Suggest I Keep Her Home Because From What I Assume, They Didn’t Know How To Handle Her Behavior. That Alone Shows There’s A Serious Lack Of Training For Most Of The Teachers There When It Comes To Working With Neurodivergent Kids.
With The Upcoming School Year I Just Wanted To Say If You’re A Parent Of A Child With Special Needs, Please Think Twice Before Enrolling Them Here. No Child Deserves To Be Overlooked — Especially On A Day That’s Supposed To Celebrate Everything They’ve Overcome.

I highly recommend Ms. Natalie, the director at Kid City. She is exceptionally organized and professional, and leads a team that genuinely cares about every child’s well-being and safety. I am consistently impressed by her leadership and the dedication she shows toward the children, their families, and the entire community.

Best daycare!! My twins were in OT when we started and they worked diligently with them and got them to walk! They communicate through Brightwheel so you can know what they have done throughout the day and they also send pictures and videos; which is wonderful! They have loved going everyday for the past 2 years and absolutely love all the staff! We will be sad when we have to leave. This truly has been a great place for my twins to grow and learn. We will forever be grateful for Kid City! I highly recommend!!

My daughter has been at kid city since she was 4 months old. She is now 2 (29 months) and still loves this place. She speaks well, counts, know her alphabets, and can identify over half the letters.
