Kid City Cordera has been incredible for my children since they were infants (now 3y & 18m). We've witnessed so much growth in them, and they absolutely adore their teachers and friends. What truly stands out is the dedication of Angela (Director), Jen, and Kelissa. They consistently go above and beyond for the kids and their team. Even with typical staff changes over the years, the core team has remained, which is something I’m grateful for!
On a related note, I also want to commend the significant improvements in the meals. The new cook is incredible, and the quality of the food has been excellent for a quite a while now.

We started our three year old in September. It was a huge and difficult transition for him, but the staff really helped us all adjust. They reassured us daily and helped our kiddo stick with it. I was so apprehensive about this whole process and trusting strangers with my baby every week, but I’m so glad we landed here. He even says he misses his teachers when he’s home! They’ve been flexible with our schedule needs, which helps so much. I know some don’t understand staff rotation, but he’s had the same core teacher and core group since we started. The way I see it, there are more people looking out for my baby every day! He’s really bloomed since starting school, and I’d recommend this location to anyone. These women have a TOUGH job caring for that many littles on a daily basis, and they do it with a smile.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I WOULD.
Parents, do yourself a favor and RUN FAR from this place. It has been an absolute nightmare, and I regret ever trusting them with my child. We started here early 2023, and it’s been a slow, steady decline ever since. I'm not the type to write reviews like this, but enough is ENOUGH.
Earlier this year, my son has been left in soiled clothes MULTIPLE TIMES, causing painful rashes and major setbacks in potty training. That’s not just “oops” territory—that’s negligence. And when we brought it up? No accountability, no real concern. Just a shrug and empty words.
The management is a joke. Not managing their staff or ensuring the kids are being cared for properly. You bring them a serious issue and they either downplay it or flat-out ignore it. No follow-up, no professionalism, just useless fluff to shut parents up.
The only reason we didn’t pull our child out sooner was because of the friends he had made and Ms. Nicole, one of the only competent, caring teachers in the building. She worked hard with our son on potty training, gave real updates, and actually seemed to care. But when your ENTIRE faith in a school rests on ONE teacher, that’s a massive red flag.
And let’s talk about the food. Occasionally they send pictures of what they’re feeding the kids—it’s straight-up garbage. Processed, low-quality, and honestly not something I’d feed a pet, let alone a growing child. For the amount of money we’re being charged, it’s insulting.
DO YOUR RESEARCH. Look at their state licensing reports. There are some very serious allegations that should make any parent stop in their tracks.
This center is beyond repair unless there’s a full management overhaul. Until then, STAY FAR AWAY. Your child deserves better.

We have two boys that attend and cannot say enough good things about the staff. Our boys look forward to seeing their teachers everyday.
