This school is absolutely AMAZING! The enrollment process was easy and swift. The price is very reasonable compared to many. The directors are great and on top of it when it comes to enhancing the kids learning experience! The teachers teach the kids so much in one day and make it fun experiences that the kids LOVE! It amazes me each day how much my child is really learning so fast including another language. I couldn’t be more impressed with the structure, fun, and security we feel at this location! Happy Kid, Happy Parent! Win/Win!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I enrolled my infant in February and was very excited because the staff seemed really great, at least until about a month ago. My husband had to make last minute arrangements for our child to be picked up by his uncle due to an emergency situation. The director said his uncle would need to know a code word in addition to the regular ID verification. We told the uncle the code word and what to expect when he got to the building (it’s a federal building so he had to go through security to get into the building then go to the daycare suite and ring a doorbell to be let in the secure daycare suite). The uncle hadn’t made it through building security before a daycare employee walked my child out and handed him over without so much as asking for the uncle’s name, never asked for a code word or anything. We called the Director and initially he seemed confused as to why we were upset with how insecurely our child had been released, but ended up apologizing for the situation saying they were trying to be more convenient for the uncle instead of secure. A few weeks later my husband was running late to pick up our child due to extra bad traffic in Atlanta. We had been told the hours were 7AM-6PM and it was $2 a minute past 6PM. My husband was unsure if he was going to make it before 6PM and was completely fine to pay any late penalties. He ended up arriving right before 6PM and was told the cutoff time was actually 5:30PM, that he passed the grace period time till 5:45PM and owed $45. The $45 had to be in cash and the employee refused to give him a receipt at time of payment. Luckily my husband had $45 in cash and paid the amount only to see the employee put the money in her purse as he left. Due to some confusion about the hours, late fee amount, and situation as a whole, we called the Director the next day and discovered we had been charged THREE times the amount we should have been charged. The Director apologized for the event and said he would look into the situation and refund the money. We pulled our child out of daycare and were never refunded the $45.

If I could give it 0 starts I would. I should have listened to the reviews when I was looking for a place for my autistic child who has an IEP which they advertise they work with. NOT once haver they tried to do anything concerning my child. They have kicked him out time and time again, so when I advocate for my child then they want to work with him and be patient. When I brought to their attention what other teachers from other classes were coming to me with concerns of how the older teacher in the class was treating him and lien on him as if he was showing dangerous behavior nothing happened instead my child was labeled as a liar and a danger to others. My child came home telling me how Ms. Griffith was pinching him or immediately tells him to get out the class and go to the front but would call Robert and say he refuses to stay in the class. Then other teachers would text me throughout the day videos and pics of how she talked to my child and show emails of how the daycare would try to cover it up by telling staff not to communicate with parent via text or call them or it’s automatic termination. That is when I started feeling uncomfortable, then lied and called me to come get my child saying he stabbed a teacher with a pencil and when I asked her she had no idea what I was talking about. After two months of my child not having any behavior issues due to the system they had set up for him and accommodating his needs . I’m being told he can only be there from 7:45-2:30pm since he is now suspended from before and after school care for the rest of this month and come January he is no longer allowed to be in their pre-K program. But are still getting funding for CAPS for my child. This daycare is a joke like the other parents stated, save your time and money. Don’t even waste your time talking to Mrs. Hill the owner her son and his wife are over two locations it’s a family business. They aren’t there to help you it’s more like hinder you if you have an autistic child. Then most of the staff isn’t trained to deal with kids with IEP or CPR certified. Robert (the son) gonna tell me he trained his staff on how to deal with autistic kids so they are certified to work with special needs children. What a joke…..so he just out her passing out certifications by the word of mouth. My next thing is this CPR certification scam… heaven forbid your child chokes they aren’t gonna know what to do. I had two teachers tell me about an incident where a toddler was choking and the other teacher sat there in shock not knowing what to do. She happen to be in the room and jumped in to assist the toddler. Just sad, to lie about staff being CPR Certified as a healthcare worker it’s a slap in the face to someone who works in cardiac & had to resuscitate people in real life. There’s so many other stories I hear about how they operate at this location. Then they play favoritism when it comes to certain kids and parents. If they don’t care for your kid they make it known and force you to remove your child by calling other facilities outside of yours and let you know who all has an opening and you need to contact them so your child can go there. Just to have a peace of mind find another daycare because this place ain’t it! People will tell you anything to make a dollar & keep a business running. Not once has anyone showed me their CPR card or special needs certification including Robert with his word by mouth certification scam he got going on. I wouldn’t even refer a Roach to drop her eggs off over there is how trash of a center they are and a joke. Just really unprofessional.

My kids have been there for two months and they are doing amazing! Great communication with staff, and my kids are very much taken care of. Appreciate all that you guys do for the little ones!! Side note: don’t believe every review as people only write when they are mad. Stop by and tour so you can see for yourself! 12/13/23 I wanted to come back and write on this as I noticed a comment about a child with autism, and express the amazing experience I had to with my son and his journey. When I started I was very upfront with them that he was on the waitlist to get tested for autism. Right off the back Mr. Hill gave me help on what to do as this process is scary especially as I’m a single mom. Mrs. Pierce and Ms. Christian (2 year old teachers) helped my son on things he was lacking like basic motor skills that he should have been doing as a 1 year old. They treated him like they would treat the other children with love and respect. The only reason my child left the center was to go to ABA therapy where that is their speciality, but nonetheless the center did all that they could to help in the areas they could. I am truly blessed that my son got to stop at this center on his journey!
