Kiddie Academy of Bryan

Since there seems to be multiple versions of what truly happened, I’m here to set the record straight! I was called by The director to travel from work in Austin back here to Bryan to bring my kid diapers because I received the phone call saying she spoke to mom and mom forgot diapers. On many occasions, I’ve messaged them to let them know that the app is not working correctly or when I responded to a message in the app I receive no response .. With that being said, I was never given a notice saying that my children was low on any supplies or diapers. Nor, was this information entered into the app that they provide? Once I told her that that’s not feasible, I was told that my child would remain in a soiled diaper until I was able to return. Yes, your child will sit in this soil diaper until you’re able to return Is what I was told! As much money as I’ve sent to this daycare for frivolous supply fees and as many kids goes here, you mean to tell me that there isn’t a spare diaper until me or my kids mother return? This is why a bad taste was put in my mouth and also why she earned a few choice words! Other than this event, my children seemed to like this place, but I doubt that they will return! And for anyone else that’s commenting on what happened that don’t know the true story. Please contact me directly and I can let you know exactly like I let her know about my kids! But I could bet you this, I bet the director will not call another parent in the manner that she did me to let me know exactly what she had to tell me.. Lastly, if there’s still any confusion and all calls are recorded, pull the recorded phone call to see exactly what transpired?

We love KA of Bryan! My wife and I have had challenges with our son. They made challenging situations easier to handle because of their patience, care for him, and willingness to work with us. This was, by far, our best daycare/preschool experience. Our son loved the entire staff and we highly recommend KA of Bryan! - Minor Family

I would never recommend this daycare to any family. In the 2 years my son was there, they changed directors 3-4 times. The new regional director came in changing all the policies which don't work. When bringing things to owners attention, they don't respond or they just defend their staff. The leadership only cares about their staff not the kids or parents. Incidents occur daily and they either delay notifying the parents or the report is written incorrectly and has to be rewritten when they watched the cameras. Other incidents go without being reported. Most incidents occur because the teachers are not watching the kids properly. The owners and leadership retaliate. When you report them to licensing and the licensing actually found something, they threatened to kick us out. Then when we provided negative feedback on a form that they requested the feedback, they kicked us out saying that's our last day. They have a lot of issues and I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. I know a ton of people and families that left due to kids not properly taken care of. I am very happy with where we currently are.

We moved to BSC area almost 2 yrs ago. My kid went from being all time with just family members to a childcare when she was 2yrs and half. As a mom, I was worried because she was going into a different environment and she only spoke spanish, and being honest the transition was hard for the first 2 weeks but after that, she started doing great. The teachers are so caring and loving, and the communication has been always great with them and other team members. Every day we would get a daily report with pictures and videos of her and we are also able to check her classroom camera. My daughter improve so much in English in just 1 year and to be honest, I'm very impressed. We love Kiddie Academy, I love the level of security, the parents app, the programs (scheduling), and I love that she is learning, having fun, making friends, and that we all feel safe. So ... 10 stars 🌟 for going above and beyond!

I am a new mom and was hesitant to take my child to a day care. After we started our first daycare experience with Kiddie Academy, let me tell you they are the BEST!! The whole team made sure my son and I were comfortable at their set up. Courtney, Kristin and the front desk team are just Amazing!! Always greet us, and help in every situation they can. The New Beginnings teachers are so so nice! When I hand my child to Ms. Margie, I feel like he is with one of my family members. That’s just how loving she is! Kelbe is a trooper and always aces my child’s needs. Heather is super knowledgeable and accommodating! They go above and beyond for your child to make sure his needs are taken care of. I can not say enough good about this place. I feel lucky to send my child to Kiddie. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of us.
