We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Kiddie Academy of Hanover! Our daughter has absolutely loved being in the toddler classroom — it’s been such a joy watching her grow, learn, and build relationships during her first daycare experience. We truly feel a sense of peace every morning when we drop her off, knowing she’s in caring and capable hands. The staff has been incredibly accommodating and proactive when it comes to managing her allergies, which has made the entire process so much easier on us. We’re so grateful for the love and attention she’s received, and we can’t wait to see her continue to thrive in the 2s class!

Kiddie Academy has been very supportive & helpful with enrollment as well as continued genuine care for my child. Thank you to Jasmine the assistant director, as she got us all setup earlier this year & has been an amazing person to work with. Thank you as well to the director for ensuring a smooth day to day operation!

The teachers and assistants are wonderful people. That being said, the management force them to take long lunches to avoid paying overtime, and purposely create a hostile environment for staff, which is why the overturnis ridiculous. The lack of communication to staff AND parents is appalling.
The teachers and staff are lovely people genuinely doing their best with the minimal supplies given. But the owners have a lot to learn. And that's putting it lightly.

A lack of proper supervision and attentiveness during activities left my child injured twice within the first month of enrollment at Kiddie Academy of Hanover. My infant child sustained the first injury to the head and the second injury to the face. In addition to these incidents, there were inadequate responses to parental concerns and a lack of transparency and communication when asking staff to provide clarification in writing along with supporting documents to obtain understanding into some of their policies. My child should not have sustained injuries under their care and should not be fearful or uncomfortable with going to daycare. I hope Kiddie Academy of Hanover takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

I pulled my daughter after they had to shut down the 2 and under classrooms in October of 2024. This shut down was mandated by the state. I requested paperwork from the state documenting why it was shut down and it was so much worse than I initially thought. They were improperly storing medications and food, left an infant in a crib during a fire drill, had aides in the classrooms with the children with no qualified teachers on some occasions. There was some documentation of a couple teachers inappropriately handling children before my daughter was enrolled, so I don’t want to speak much on that. I have paperwork from the state to prove these statements.
My daughter was mysteriously injured there on multiple occasions and came home with horrible diaper rashes ALL THE TIME. The first injury was a simple scrape to the knee. The teacher tried to say I brought my daughter in with the injury, when I have photos from before she went into school that showed her knee was fine. Thankfully it was rectified afterward and all injuries were documented after that.
I will say my daughter had a handful of teachers/aides she was very happy to see. The kids played dress up sometimes and seemed to do a lot of fun activities. The playground is wonderful and everything is so secure in terms of strangers not being able to enter the building.
It took FOUR MONTHS to get my $1,000 deposit back. A deposit which I was initially told would be $500, but they came back and said because I had a scholarship, the deposit is higher. Such a clear money grab opportunity with no concern for kids and their safety.
I would be wary sending my child back to this Kiddie Academy. When I stopped by to get my deposit check there was new staff, so hopefully they made the necessary internal changes.
