Kiddie Academy of Hicksville

We absolutely LOVE Kiddie Academy! The teachers are amazing and so loving with the kids. I’ve noticed such a difference in my child’s language skills and social confidence since starting here. They really make learning fun, and it feels like a second home. Couldn’t ask for a better daycare!

My child has been going there for almost 2 years now and this place is bittersweet but recently I noticed in the room atikas is absolutely bad. I with my own eyes saw the teacher share her drink with the kids, same straw and she is saying “you can have some” absolutely no hygiene at all and who knows what’s in that drink. And the second teacher screaming her lungs out at the kids and being very aggressive towards them. I don’t know if I want my child to continue in this place anymore after witnessing these two teachers. I hope management looks into it. Be careful parents.

Great place. Absolutely love shivone and most of the teachers working there but one down side is the teachers( not all) use a water spray bottle to discipline kids. As someone that works in healthcare it’s extremely dangerous for children because if it goes in their ears that can cause a bad infection and most likely will end up getting sick from the cold water. I am a parent that never says anything about how teachers do things but this has caught my eyes a few time and literally today I have noticed teachers outside walking with the spray bottle in their hands roughly around 4ish. Overall it’s a great place don’t get me wrong but nobody is perfect.

Do not take your kids there … sad place worse food .. we went there and we saw kids lunch Bread bun with ketchup, apple sauce and poor cheap cheese… garbage the quality Food is essential for learning everyone knows that ! Good food diet is essential in the development of every single kid … 2. My friend took her son from this place after discovering poor care and treatment. The complaint about diet and treatment the just said is what they have 🤬

I love how attentive and caring the staff are at the daycare. The educational activities are engaging, and I’ve seen a lot of growth in my child. The environment feels safe, and I appreciate how they focus on both learning and fun. It’s a wonderful place for my 2-year-old.
