Kiddie Academy of Hunters Creek

We have our 4 month old enrolled here and he is absolutely thriving. When we drop him off he always has the biggest smile on his face to see his teachers, and the Director is AMAZING!! We will be moving to another state in a few months and I am heart broken over having to find another daycare I love as much. The camera access made it so easy transitioning back to work, the daily reports you receive are excellent and the photos they take throughout the day are my absolute favorite.

We had high hopes for this daycare when enrolling our 2 ½-year-old daughter due to its positive Google reviews, school readiness eligibility and location accessibility but unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. Compared to another daycare under the same name organization, this center falls significantly short in key areas and lacks warmth, care, and professionalism! The staff shows little to no affection toward the children—no hugs, no nurturing gestures to help toddlers feel safe and comfortable. The environment feels cold and impersonal. Most of the staff, including the director, have poor attitudes and seem uninterested in fostering a positive space for children. The disorganization only adds to the chaos and lack of care. Moreover the owner never followed up or showed concern when our daughter was unenrolled after just one week!! This lack of curiosity or care speaks volumes about the priorities at this center. People who work with children should do so out of genuine dedication, not simply for a paycheck. Sadly, that passion is missing here. We cannot recommend this daycare to parents seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for their child.

Ms. Sherilet Diaz I am sorry you had a poor experience at Kiddie Academy. It seems as if our experiences could not be more opposite. I arrived at the school by a parent recommendation after two fail childcare attempts with two different schools and I have never been so happy! One of the things that attracted me to this school was their curriculum. The school offers a curriculum that allows my child to be a child by exploring and discovering new things, challenging his abilities and curiosity, and encouraging new ways of learning all while offering a safe atmosphere. Also, Hunters Creek Kiddie Academy has the latest technology that allows me to watch my child throughout the day reducing my anxiety and ensuring his safety. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated; that showcase the involvement of the staff and their commitment to provide a friendly environment for children and parents. The teachers and staff all provide a nurturing environment for all the children. My child previous teachers were Ms. Carolina and Ms. Wilmarys, and both are excellent teachers! Every morning they received my child with a contagious smile on their face, a big hug and a kiss on his forehead demonstrating affection towards their students. They are extremely caring in fact, if any happens in the school, they notify me immediately while following school protocol to ensure my child safety. I can honestly say that those teachers loved my child, as their own. Now, that my child moved up to a new class, his teachers are Ms. Giviani and Ms. Valentina, and both are fantastic teachers! Their love and care for my child is out of this world, and is so obvious when the play with him, make him giggle, kiss and hug him. My child is always so happy to see them in the morning, and he demonstrates it by running to them at school arrival and crying when leaving. Both are wonderful teachers and so I’m grateful to have them as my child teachers; They helped my son get rid off his pacifier habit, potty trained him, helped him become more independent and I have noticed a huge improvement in his speech, now he can speak English and Spanish as well. I am so thankful to have them in our lives. Third, Jennifer Rivera the school director is one of the most loving and caring human being that I have ever met. Her love and dedication for those kids cannot be put into words. She barely takes a day off; she’s always there from sunrise until sundown looking after her children and staff. Jennifer is Aaaaaaaamizing! Her beautiful smile makes the children and parents feel so welcome at school. Ms. Rivera has a heart of gold, always willing to help the parents with any questions or concerns that they might have, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Also, she strongly prioritizes children safety by making sure the cameras are always working, fire drills are performed in accordance with school protocol and she always waking around the building making sure all is well. Ms. Rivera is constantly organizing events for children, and parents to participate and enjoy. Jennifer is truly a blessing to all the parents who everyday place their trust in her and her staff to care and protect our babies. We love you Jenn!! My experience at Hunters Creek Kiddie Academy has been nothing but positive, fulfilling, and trustworthy. The school curriculum has helped my child reach milestones that I could have only imagine. I am sorry but I beg to differ the teachers and staff are affectionate. I will recommend Hunters Creek Kiddie Academy to any parent who is looking for a safe, loving, caring, and nurturing environment for their children. The school is equipped with the latest technology to protect our little ones and give parents a piece of mind.

I love my child's daycare, the school is absolutely fantastic. The teachers are amazing, the way the curriculum is structured to exceed every childs best self. Communication within the school to maintain every parent informed on daily activities. To add the cherry on top my child loves going. BEST SCHOOL! A++
