Kiddie Academy of Pensacola

I cannot express enough how happy and grateful I am for Kiddie Academy! After trying different daycares, I can truly see the difference, and it has been a huge relief in my life. From the owner, director, manager and every single employee, I appreciate them all so much. My baby is only seven months old and can’t talk yet, but I can clearly see her happiness and comfort. Even though I only check the cameras for a few minutes, every time I do, I see something that makes me smile and feel at ease. I’ve seen teachers singing to the babies, treating them with love and care, and ensuring every child feels safe and happy. Most importantly, they listened to me and did everything I asked to ensure my baby’s care was exactly how I wanted it. Knowing my baby is in such loving hands allows me to focus on my work with peace of mind. I’m beyond thankful for this daycare and highly recommend Kiddie Academy to any parent looking for a place where their child will be genuinely loved and cared for.

We were given a tour and we specifically told the lady who gave it to us that our son speaks Spanish at home but we are fully bilingual, to which she said that they had teachers that spoke Spanish in the place and they’d be able to communicate with him. Also told us they potty trained kids that are ready, we drop him off first day and not only his diaper wasn’t changed once, but the lunchbox we gave him with his bottle of water was left untouched, my son was there from 9am through 12pm, and when my wife picked him up the same lady that gave us the tour talked to my wife in a disrespectful manner and told her that we had to talk to our son in English only to be in daycare. We did not get access to the cameras and til today I don’t know what happened in those 3 hours to our child, I do know he was sad, and we’ll never bring him back.

Witnessed rough and inappropriate handling of multiple children on 3/13/2025. Reported to staff and state officials immediately. Agent visited site and filed two Level 2 violations (Child Discipline and Child Safety). Report can be found on Florida DCF website, ID# C01ES0361. Owners refuse to refund deposit because we failed to provide 2 weeks notice of withdrawal stating we breached contract although we witnessed abuse to our student. Attempted multiple negotiations but no success. Currently filing in small claims court.

My child only attended the infant room. Great staff in the infant room but they are over worked, under paid, and under staff. Will turn you around at the door if they don’t have enough staff but still require you to pay your weekly payment.

I would 100% recommend Kiddie Academy of Pensacola to anyone! My baby girl started there at just 2 months until almost 9 months (only reason we stopped is because we moved across country). She recieved WONDERFUL care from her teachers Ms. Kylie & Ms. Haley. I never had to worry about her!!! They did a great job at interacting with the babies and keeping to a great schedule. The director is so engaging and always makes you feel welcome. All the teachers were so nice and made it a great environment. Thank you to everyone at Kiddie Academy for making this first time mama feel better!
