Kiddie Academy of Round Rock

I am very concerned about the safety and supervision at this daycare. During the 10 days my son attended, there were three separate incidents. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the situations appropriately, the staff placed the blame on my son because he preferred not to engage with other children. Additionally, when children were upset or crying, there appeared to be little to no intervention from the caregivers. I also observed that some of the teachers were frequently distracted by their phones or attending to personal matters, which raises serious concerns about the level of care and attention being provided.

My daughter has been going to this school for almost more than a year and absolutely loves it! She's on her second classroom and since starting at Kiddie Academy of Roundrock her vocabulary has grown exponentially. Her social skills have expanded and she truly enjoys her school. She gets excited to go to school every day now! She always comes home with so many stories of what she did in school. Finding a school you trust with teachers that genuinely care about our children can be so difficult but Kiddie Academy of Roundrock makes it incredibly easy.

I am so sad our time here was so short lived. When I say I absolutely loved this school, I have no complaints! I loved everything about it and so did my child. This school is being ran by great people. They also keep you updated throughout the day with pictures. We will miss it!

So here is what I will say, Laura in the front is very kind and professional. She has such detail to things during your tour. She is so knowledgeable and seems to really care about your littles and I couldn’t thank her enough for that. The facility is well kept and very clean. All in all id say this childcare is amazing! The one fault I will say is that they do not allow access to cameras so that you can check in on your child. That’s something that their competitors do offer in the area so it makes it hard to go with them. If I was choosing solely on people I would 100% go with this childcare because the front office and teachers we met with were impeccable!

We love Kiddie Academy of Round Rock. Everyone here is friendly. We have a 2 years old daughter and a 4 years old son, and both love their genuine teachers and this place. I get positive vibes and a boost of energy every time I drop off the kids. The cleanliness, the music, the colors, and everyone inside make for a good vibe to push through the day. Teachers and namely Mr. Justin notice kids' behavior and work with parents on effective improvements. We are thankful to everyone here and saddened to leave as we are moving out of state.
