My kids have been going here since they were babies. They take great care of my children and love them like their own! They help my daughter with her homework and help her grow in her academic the best way they can and it helps her a lot! They work with me a lot when I need help with anything when it comes to my kids and are always there for them no matter what! They are safe, happy and enjoy being there! I’m so happy I picked them as my daycare, the first daycare I picked and stayed with the entire time! I wouldn’t change my decision at all.

Please don’t take your child here if they are high energy. The staff is not equipped to handle it. The director Miss Carmen is nice and a lot of the teachers were also nice from what I saw which is the reason for 2 stars, but my heart it still broken from the way they just threw my newly 3 year old out-who had been with Kiddie Kastle (first the North Olmsted location then transferred to Cleveland) since he was about 16 months. I am a teacher who use to work in the child care industry. My fiancé and I are very understanding and aware that we have a high energy child. We always made it known that we were here to work with the staff to make their job easier. The staff never had many complains about my sons behavior, but his behavior was concerning at home so the staff helped me get him into Ohio Guidestone where he had a behavior therapist coming there to observe him every week. After a few weeks of these visits, I got a phone call one day that I had to come pick up my son because he ran out of the class room and made it to the front door …& then they said “since this isn’t the first time it’s happened, we had to terminate his services.” WHAT?! We were in shock. We wanted to know why this was the first time we were ever informed since “it’s not the first time it’s happened”. My son had just turned 3 and went to the preschool room full time this very day! Why was he getting out of the class room door let alone making it to the front door LET ALONE multiple times without me or my fiancé being informed?!? Every person who I’ve told this story too says the same thing-it sounds like a management problem and instead they blame the child and just threw him out. I tried talking to the owner asking her to have some mercy on me. We were blindsided with no other child care options at such short notice. I told her I worked in child care for years and we never just threw a child out unless the parent was well aware it was coming. She basically said oh well, she has the right to kick out whoever she wants for no reason at all-and it’s in the contract. I think part of it was they didn’t like the Ohio Guidestone lady coming in there to observe him because she was giving me full written reports on things going on in the classroom-including multiple times the room was briefly out of ratio. Mainly the reports consisted of the same thing, my son not wanting to sit like a toy soldier (he wasn’t even 3 yet) at circle time and wondering over to the toy shelf and the teachers yelling at him constantly and picking him up and sitting him back down. I do understand from a teachers perspective that it’s hard having a child who isn’t following directions, but once again..he wasn’t even 3 years old yet, So a warning to mothers with an active little one-don’t send them here. Try Montessori school where they can explore and be themselves!!

My family and I love Kiddie Kastle. The teachers in the toddler room (as well as his former infant room teachers) balance learning and play beautifully. My son loves to go to school every day, and I feel so grateful knowing that he is happy and safe, growing in their care. I wouldn’t want him anywhere else!

This is one of the most well-deserved positive reviews I have ever left. • Kiddie Kastle has been great for my baby daughter. They give her a lot of love and she has always enjoyed going to them. They make her really happy! I also always see other kids and teachers happy there as well. • All the staff have been great. They are all well trained and effective. • Staff keeps me updated with status (like when my daughter sleeps and eats) and share cute photos in their nice app. • Development tracking is really good. They communicate her progress and needs very effectively. • Business matters are handled very professionally. All rules and regulations are reasonable and easy to follow.

We have been so happy with Kiddie Kastle!! My son went to their infant class. He was so well cared for, the staff are incredibly warm and kind! They are truly the best! They communicate well. My son has learned so much from them and they conveniently provide meals to the kids. We could not be happier with Kiddie Kastle!
