Kids Academy of Copley

Feeling so lucky to have locked in a slot at this school for my daughter for the Fall! Great area, beautiful and clean facility, with awesome teachers. I felt comfortable the moment I walked through the door which is so nice as a pregnant first time Mom. Huge weight off my shoulders knowing to have quality child care locked in and can have that peace of mind as I finish out my pregnancy. Jackie responded quickly and got me in that same day for a tour and to setup registration! 10/10 experience and can’t wait for enrollment later on this year!

Our experience at Kids Academy of Copley has been nothing short of perfect. Our child started as a young toddler and we are going on our third year. From the moment I stepped foot through the doors I knew this was the place. It was highly recommended by others I trust who sent their children there a decade ago. The facility overall is very welcoming, bright and comfortable. It is exactly what I envisioned in a daycare, catering to young minds and creativity. It is also very clean and well kept. The greatest part about it though, is the staff. Everyone of them truly cares about the wellbeing of my child, everyday they have smiles on their faces and the energy which proves it has to be a great culture of individuals. They are friendly and communication and expectations are very clear and thorough. A big plus is that most of the teachers have been there for many, many years. They have well organized rooms for independent and group play, my child is always coming home with crafts and they have great structure and routines with curriculums. Overall my child has truly thrived since joining the family. If you’re looking for a center for your child that checks all of the boxes. This is the place to go.

We absolutely loved Kids Academy all 4 years that our son attended! The teachers/caregivers all treated him like one of their own, it was always clean and they have wonderful programs and plays for their preschoolers in preparation for Kindergarten! Unfortunately, it's a little more than we can afford for our daughter to go their now - the prices have increased quite a bit since our son first started. They definitely put the funds back into the center though - they have a lovely new playground, regularly get new toys for each classroom and provide a lot of craft and school supplies as well. We will miss Kids Academy and are so incredibly thankful to the entire staff for being our "village" and helping us to care for a teach our son!

We love Kids Academy! Both of our girls (12 and 7 yrs) have gone here all their lives and we love them like family! We adore the teachers - they help our children with schoolwork, teach correct social interactions and are love our kids! It makes us sad that our oldest will “age out” this year, but she says she’ll be back as an employee in a few years!

If you're considering this daycare, keep in mind that they eagerly kick kids out. They did it with my 2-year old, leaving us in a bind. So rather than handle the situation with a child who's completely malleable, they decided they didn't care anymore and threw him out like a piece of trash. It's been 6 years since this happened, and we've had NO issues at other local daycares. I would never send my kids back here. Also, their Step-up-to-Quality rating at the time was 1/5 stars.
