Kids' Care Club

My daughter went there when she was 3 years old and was bullied by another girl. I told the director at that time and the teacher who knew about it and expressed she was confused on why no action was taken! The other child literally pulled out my daughter’s hair out! My daughter took me to the playground and showed me the clump of hair! I’m bringing this up now as I have taken a class at my church which states this was emotional and physical abuse to my child. I was very confused on why nothing was done and could not get a direct answer from the director so of course I switched to a new preschool! Another reason I reporting this at this as my daughter had to do class project and had to list where she went to preschool and she stated oh yes I remember we had to change because Helen pulled my hair out! I wish I would have taken more action at that time to also report it but I was just confused and wanted to get my daughter out of that preschool! Maybe things have changed since then but I just wanted to report this. I would never recommend this preschool! Shame on you for not reporting this. I hope you have changed your procedures so no other children are being bulled! I just want other parents to know that this occurred!

Kids Care Club has had a positive and wonderful impact on our family. Our child (Kid A) joined KCC earlier this year in the Pre-K class. Kid A's teachers, Ms. Famil and Ms. Sarah, were knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind-hearted. They not only prepared my child academically for kindergarten, but they also provided a safe space for my child to grow and learn appropriate social skills. They patiently taught them right from wrong and also confidently taught them replacement behaviors for undesired ones. They met Kid A with loving and firm boundaries. Their classroom was an environment full of learning, fun, and growth. Kid A loved school and I could tell the teachers, and the entire staff at KCC, cared so much for Kid A and their classmates. Our younger child also joined KCC a few months ago and we love Kid B's teachers and class as well. Ms. Ginger, the Center Director, and Ms. Arianna, the Assistant Director, have also been welcoming and kind. Both have helped us by answering questions and finding solutions. They make us and our children feel welcome and well cared for. We love KCC!

Wonderful, warm staff, who is very attentive to children's needs. If there is an issue or concern, Michelle and Ginger have always been open to feedback and correcting problems immediately. Open communication is key to a successful experience, and they do a fantastic job communicating. All my son's teachers were great too, he learned so much and is over prepared for Kindergarten which is awesome! He loved going to school, in fact, he preferred to be there than staying at home!

My daughter loves this school. The teachers are friendly. The facilities are impressive - including a brand new outdoor play area that includes some outdoor musical instruments. They host regular events for families to come to, like BBQs and date nights. My son went here, as well, for many years. He misses the school as much as I miss the ease compared to his elementary school.

Great place to go. I was so happy taking my son here. He felt comfortable, and we felt comfortable the whole time. There is a great app to use to see what activities they have done for the day. This app also helps you understand any upcoming events. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. It was always so nice coming in and dropping off my son every morning. We will be reenrolling our future second child.
