Kiddo went here for 1 year, never had any issues, she was happy and would tell us about her day and her little buddies. Staff were always friendly and able to answer any questions we had. Our kiddo had two teachers while she was there and from what I witnessed they take good care of the little ones and will let you know if there are any issues.

Day ONE - I go to pick up my 3 MONTH OLD and he is in a swing with his bottle propped on a blanket. He has silent reflux and Sandifer Syndrome so this is a big no for me (but it should be a no no for ANY baby anyway). I tried to explain to the teacher why I’m not okay with it and she was very dismissive and told me “I had three babies screaming so I did what I had to do”. I felt like this was not an acceptable response to my concern, So I immediately go to the office to talk with the director. Not only did I want to make sure it didn’t happen again, but I wanted to make sure they were able to raise their hand for assistance always when they needed help. The owner overheard our conversation and said absolutely not, we will handle it and talk with her.
I go home, I realize his pacifier is missing and he has some other babies diaper on. Those two things, while frustrating, weren’t such a big deal so I wasn’t going to make it one.
Day 2- I go to pick up my baby and the same teacher has no idea who/where he is. She tells me they moved him up to room 3 inside, go in the office and they will show you where. So I go in, the director sees me and asks is everything okay. I told her what the teacher had said and very confused she said no he didn’t? He was in the other room the whole time….the owner even says to me “are you even going to want to come back after the dumpster fire this has been”….
A few days go by, other sub teachers were taking over at the EOD and we don’t have any issues.
8/27- I go check the camera and see my 3 MO in a chair made for sitting babies literally falling out of it. He is hanging over the side, about to fall on the floor. You guessed it, this SAME TEACHER is just standing there. Theres even a baby next to him in a smaller baby seat (what mine SHOULD have been in) ROLLING, nearly flipping out the seat. I tried to call- no answer. So I messaged the owner on the little app they have for parents and said “hey I think he’s still too small for that seat, he’s falling over”. She immediately sends someone else in the room to pick him up all while the lady is still just standing there…
That same day, when I go to pick him up he is screaming bloody murder. So loud I hear him before even going in the building. He is the only baby and once again the lady is just standing there writing on some papers and he’s sitting in a swing. His little voice was so hoarse there is no telling how long he was like that AND she had sent his paci with a different kid AGAIN(now he has thrush which I’m 99% confident is related).
That was the final straw for me. I messaged the owner and explained that if she was going to continue to take over that class in the afternoon we would need to put in our notice. I didn’t get a response for 24 hrs and then Her response was she has been working there for a while and was sorry I was so unhappy and would waive my notice …. While I appreciate the kind words and apology, in my personal opinion that was not trying to fix the problem
Soooo apparently they had told the teacher about me reaching out because the next day when I picked my son up, as soon as I walk in the room the teacher got SO confrontational with me. She said “do you got a problem with me or something”. I explained I didn’t have a problem with her personally but I did have a problem with the incidents that continue to happen and it just happens to be with her every time she’s in there. She then began to YELL at me, telling me I just do too much etc, while holding my baby and in front of my 3 other children. I asked for my baby twice and she finally handed him to me, I told my kids let’s go, she yelled “that’s exactly what you better do, because I’m not the one” and she put her hand on my daughters shoulder to hurry her out the door (who was the last behind me) and slammed it.
I immediately went to the office in tears explaining what happened, the director called the owner and had me explain it to her. And again, I got “I’m so sorry this happened, I have no words, she’s never been like this”. That’s it. Still refusing to swap rooms.

My son absolutely loves going to “school” here and I love it too! I have absolutely no complaints with anything. The employees are all very nice, welcoming and ready to help. The director Ms. Paula is easy going and very welcoming. I wasn’t a fan of the old director but I absolutely love what they have going on now! Great family oriented company.

The administrator and the teachers are great! When I went to sign my child up she was very helpful and understanding. He loves his teachers and eats more from the cafeteria than I have ever seen him eat. They teach them things to get them ready for kindergarten. I have no complaints and he has been there since August. And the hours are wonderful! The setup is a little different from the other pre-school he attended but he adjusted quickly. I would definitely recommend it.

I had my son go to Kida Company years ago and his first year was great. I loved his teacher! His second year was very disappointing. His teacher did not seem happy or interested to even be there and I overheard another teacher telling a child to hit the other child back. After that I took my son out of Kids Company Immediately!
