Kids Country by BrightPath Fairlawn Child Care Center

We started at Kids Country a few months ago and have nothing but good things to say! All of the staff members are so friendly and helpful. We love all of the infant room teachers. Aisheh, Amelia, Rose, Michelle and Chris are all so sweet with our baby and we feel so confident and comfortable leaving our baby in their care. As a first time mom, going back to work was difficult, but the teachers at Kids Country have made the transition so much easier. You can tell from their interactions with all of the babies that they truly care of them and treat them as if they were their own child. It is so nice to see. They’ve been super helpful in giving guidance and advice from their extensive experience caring for babies. I have recommended Kids Country to several friends already and will continue to do so! Super happy with our experience!

We couldn’t be happier with the care our children receive at Kids Country. The teachers are compassionate, patient, and truly invested in every child’s well-being and development. They communicate with us regularly, keeping us updated on developmental milestones, and activities. Each teacher we have experienced genuinely knows my children and this is the most comforting feeling for a parent. The space is clean, safe, and filled with age-appropriate toys and learning tools that encourage exploration and creativity. Our preschooler comes home excited to share what she has learned and what/who she played with. The teachers are extremely supportive and patient when it comes to potty training and it has shown to be successful for my child. The infant room is equally impressive. The teachers ensure our son is comfortable and well-loved. They follow feeding and nap schedules meticulously and update each occurrence on an app so you feel connected all day. Knowing that my children are in such capable and caring hands gives me peace of mind every day.

Finding good childcare is hard. Kids Country makes it easy. The teachers are so caring and kind and provide plenty of updates through an app during the day. The center directors are always present and involved in making sure everyone is having a great experience. Highly recommend Kids Country for anyone comparing all the local options.

Both of my children have been through or going through the school! They have been so loved on a daily basis! I have loved their teachers and built a great relationship with them. They have learned so much during their time there through play and engaging activities! My daughter was so prepared when she started kindergarten.

On Wednesday, 1/29 my son was found outside-he crawled through a hole in the window. This was casually mentioned at pick up, but no incident report was filed. When asked to see the video of how and why my son was able to crawl through a hole in the window, not just by himself - also with another friend - I was told corporate policy would not allow that. I have reached out repeatedly and have yet to hear from corporate. When asked questions, I’m left with no answers and their refusal to show cameras when my son crawled through a hole in the window. And outside, with another ‘friend’ and no teacher, in January. **Update** I have heard back from the State of Ohio substantiating my claim that my son was outside, unattended for approximately 14 seconds on January 29th, among several other violations that were documented. Sharing for all future parents-the report from The State of Ohio is public record. I have never heard from anyone at Kids Country Corporate, despite the Google response
