Kids' Cove Daycare & Learning Center

My daughter has been at home with me for almost her whole life at almost 2. She has been away from us for short periods of time but not all day 5 days a week. I did not expect her to be doing so well after just 1 week. The staff is very good at communicating with me and keeping her on schedule. She loves “going to school” now. She comes home saying “I got friends” and it warms my heart so much.

As a first time mom looking for a daycare, I was super nervous and felt very anxious. I'm sooo lucky that we found Kids Cove because they not only go above and beyond for my daughter, but have taken the time to develop a lasting relationship with her as well as myself. They truly care about her and I can not be more thankful for each and every one of them.

I'm happy my kids will NOT be going here. The owner is a cheater and dishonest. I came there looking for a place for my 2 children. I was told in order to hold the spot (for the following month) they would need a registration fee and the first week of tuition. Well, there has been a change of plans and I informed them the very next day my kids would not be able to attend. 2 days later, I was called. The director had one of the staff pass a message to me that none of my $ would be refunded. $440. That is complete BS. How do you keep tuition from 3 weeks in advance for children who will not be attending. BTW, their withdrawal policy states they need a 2 week notice. The rest of the staff seemed so nice and I'm very shocked to see how much of a cheat the owner is.

I had been looking for quite some time for a childcare for my grand babies because where they were at the time was not acceptable. I had driven by Kid’s Cove a bazillion times and never gave a second thought until one day I was getting so desperate and just started calling and calling around to every childcare. Sheila, the director answers “Kid’s Cove, this is Shelia” right off the bat speaking with her was like talking with my family. I was ready to schedule for that morning, when I verified the address and realized this is the place I never gave a thought to, Shame on me, THE BEST CHILDCARE and I MEAN CHILDCARE CENTER IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA! I have lived from Jonesboro down to Geismar and hands down, NOT a daycare, this is a SINCERE, TRUE TO THE MEANING of CHILDCARE HOME!❤️ I can not Thank God enough for guiding my family to where I know my GrandAngels are Safe, Cared for and have DRAMATICALLY Enhanced in just a very short period of time since starting at Kid’s Cove. Thanks to the PHENOMENAL STAFF that would not exist without THE UPMOST, HANDS DOWN, SO DEDICATED and INVOLVED Director, Sheila! Thank you ALL for bringing back the HAPPINESS and SECURITY in my GrandAngels, my Daughters(my grand babies Mom’s) and myself. We are all finally at Peace knowing they are receiving THE VERY BEST EVERYDAY!❤️

Kids’ Cove is more than a safe place to keep your kids while you’re at work, but it’s a place that invests in your child’s every day life in such positive ways! It is extremely well run and the employees are trustworthy and focused solely on the children. I definitely recommend Kids’ Cove!!!
