Miss Kelsey is an incredible teacher! My one year old learns so many songs, has learned to count, and does art every day! I get tons of cute photos and notes as well. She always goes above and beyond and gives the littles so many great experiences in a safe and loving environment.

I know there’s a lot of negative reviews for this place. I put my son into this daycare back in April after being very wary of putting him into the somersworth location after they had popped up in fosters a few years back, but I gave them a chance since it had been a long while since that And giving them a chance was one of the best things I did. My son absolutely loves going there and getting to see all the friends he’s made and see his teacher. The teachers, there are absolutely amazing and they’ve listened to every concern I’ve had about my son, from not talking all the way up to helping with potty training him. Since my son started there he has been talking a bit more than he used too, he gets excited when I tell him that we’re going for a car ride to daycare. I can tell you I never wanted to put my child into a daycare after reading so many bad things over the years, but Kids Culture really helped with changing my mind about that and helping to give my child the social interacting he was lacking in our neighborhood (not many kids live in my neighborhood). I would tell anyone that has any doubts about this place to just try it like I did!

This place is atrocious. If I could give zero stars I would. On multiple occasions they were unsafe and when I spoke to the manager about it, she was very matter of fact and trying to behave as if things didn't happen. Wouldn't even look into it. Early March I came there to find my child's snow boots soaking wet to the point where they were warm, so you know she has had them in for awhile. She was 3 years old at the time, talking about they can't do anything about the kids feet getting wet. So what about checking them once they come in. There was still snow outside and melting at the time. Another occasion they allowed my daughter to play in the dirt and I don't know if she got bitten by bugs or what but she had tons of tiny pimples on her skin, all over. Another occasion I was told that at nap time, in winter they put my daughter right beside the heater fully covered under her blanket and had on all her layered clothing. She had a heat rash because of this. Finally this time my daughter's finger got caught in the gate on the outside and it ripped out a massive chunk of her flesh. The only reason I didn't loose my cool was because the person watching her showed extreme remorse and she looked kind of worried. That same lady ended up quitting and taking her own kid out of that same daycare because she said that they were a horrible place to work for and didn't care for the kids. I finally moved my daughter to the Dover location and just in time because they started popping up in the news for mistreating children. Honestly my daughter hated going to the Somersworth location and to this day still talk about the Dover location, wishing she could go back. I know kids are tough and life can be stressful but you can't willingly become a caretaker of children and not expect to hold yourself together and not be negligent with people's children. And trying to act like the experiences that these parents had with the abuse being done to their kids is just Narcissistic and may God see you all and get your hearts in order. Do not just get a job because you think it is easy. Be passionate about what you are doing, so that each day won't feel like a drag and your life will flow better, so y'all don't take out your frustrations on innocent children and further create difficulties and havoc in the lives of parents who depend on daycares so they can have a life (work). Y'all biting the very hand that feeds you. You wouldn't have a job if there were no children to take care of.
