Kids HQ

My 3 children had gone to kids HQ since they first opened. From the beginning, Brenda, Russ and Tracy have been nothing short of amazing to not only my kids, but me as well. All my kids are all in school now but as I reflect on years past, I couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing team at kids HQ. The daycare is always clean, my children always ate heathy meals. My youngest son could be quite difficult some days, but the team at kids HQ helped teach him and work through things he struggled with. Kids HQ was great when they first opened but they have grown so much for the better since then. They always made my children feel like their own. Little birthday parties, they even had graduation parties for my kids. As a single mother, that meant the world to me as it was a big milestone for us. I would 11/10 recommend Kids HQ to everyone! 🙏🏽 I truly from the bottom of my heart am so thankful for Kids HQ.❤️

I debated for a long time on whether or not to make a review but at this point I feel as though I need to just be honest about mine and my daughers experience here. At first everything was great. They got my daughter in fast since I needed childcare rather urgently at the time. This was the first time my daugher had ever been in a daycare setting. Things continued to be good for a few weeks. Then I started to recive messages that she was acting out so badly that she had to be sent home. This was happening almost daily. I had to continously leave work to go pick her up which was starting to put me on thin ice at work. I understand that sometimes kids will be kids however there was a time she came home with a bite mark on her face and apparently no one saw it. Even when I asked about it. Her last week there she fell and hit her head and recived a bruise and I never received any sort of incident report. Her last day her dad saw her be hit in the face with a ball from another child and the teacher working didnt see it apparently and did nothing about it even though there was only her, the teacher,and the other child there. They disenrolled her do to her behavior that she was picking up there. Always saying she was hitting or being agressive towards other kids amd the teachers. She has never displayed any of this behavior at home with her stepsiblings or her cousins. Truthfully I do not think they watch the kids as well as they say they do. I started to dread every time I was receiving a message about her because I was terrified she was going to be sent home. This is just my experience with this center. I think the directors mean well but I dont think things are being carried out correctly and the center needs work as far as training the staff to work better with children that are more high energy and possibly a little more difficult from time to time.

My son has really bloomed since joining Kids HQ. I never worry of he is going to be mistreated or anything like that. He absolutely loves going every day. This place is amazing. The owners and all the teachers are wonderful!

My son never went to daycare until he started at Kids HQ at 14 months. Our experience is amazing. All the teachers are so caring and treat my son like their own. They are also very accomadating to his allergies. My son has learned so much and has grown exponentially in so many aspects. He gets so excited to go inside when we pull in the parking lot. Owners Brenda and her husband have been very transparent and communicative. Thank you all Kids Hq for providing a place my child loves to go.

The owner Russ is very disrespectful. He disenrolled my child after calling him not normal and than insinuating we need to get out child help. He is Autistic and has bad days at times but for the most part good. I felt so targeted by this Daycare. I do not recommend anyone with special needs kids to enroll here. They only want the money.
