Kids Quality Time Childcare Center

My daughter has been here since she was 6 weeks old, she's now 2 and a half. Always been cared for and taught great. She's always happy to go see her teachers and friends at day care. Never had an issue, very clean facility and great care. Especially with Miss Chanele on the job.

Kids Quality Time Childcare Center has been apart of our lives since my daughter been 6 months and she is now 10. The staff there always keeps in the loop with my daughter and any upcoming events. The staff is always pleasant and kind to the children. If you need quality childcare send them to Kids Quality Time Childcare Center for a safety and educational atmosphere.

This daycare has been terrible for my son over the past several months. He comes home saying that none of the staff like him and they show favoritism towards certain ones. There has been one instance where my son said Ms. Evelyn hit him and the director talking down to him when I picked him up early. My son was enrolled in the pre-k class, but all the daycare cares about is forcing nap time and putting the kids in front of a TV...they do nothing to prepare your child. Communication with the staff is terrible..they blow you off by proposing one thing to help your child but never follow through with it. The only thing they care about is the parents making a payment, but their system his horrible and they keep poor records week to week, but they will harrase you making you think they didnt receive payment. God forbid your child has any condition because they will weed them out until they expel them. They have no time for your kids and trust me the state will get called.

Kids Quality Time has been apart of my children for 10 years. I love the interacts the staff have with the children, how the children react to classmates, teachers, and even the parents. The difference between day 1 until now (10 years later) has been nothing but amazing. Highly highly recommend.

We went last week to view the center for my granddaughter. I had heard about a few people that had posted bad reviews. I went there to see for myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and the quality of care that we saw. I guess you can’t make everyone happy. One bad apple has had friends post negative reviews of a daycare that they have never been to. Shame on you!
