Kid's Stuff Academy

This staff at this location are totally inadequate and ineffectively trained to teach or even watch children. My nephew was treated unfairly by the staff and the owner was in cahoots with entire ordeal. My 4 year old nephew has been labeled as a difficult child with behavioral concerns that were so severe there was no alternative, but to expel him from this expensive school. The 4K staff, specifically Anastasia provoke children instead of using behavior management models to deescalate children in need of emotional support. These problems did not persist while he was in 2k or 3k. Those teachers were attentive to the children’s needs and seemed well versed in educating and caring for them. The owner Marilyn is only concerned with increasing prices, and not investing in her staff’s professional learning. Train your staff on redirecting children. Have your staff attend courses geared toward working with small children. They are learning to regulate their emotions and expelling a child that did not harm anyone but was frustrated should not be in the policy. My nephew was left displaced and is confused because he wasn’t told anything.

We have been at KSA Midtown since my son was 10 weeks old and he is now 4.5! We have had an incredible experience. Marina, and all the teachers, go above and beyond for our kids. Additionally, I work in all of the daycares in the area for my job and I can truthfully say that KSA is unmatched. The love they pour into these kids is more than I could ever have dreamed of! We could not ask for a better village for our baby!

I could not dream of a better place to send my child. The school is always clean and orderly and you can tell the staff members truly care about the children. As a parent, there is no better peace of mind than knowing my child is in the great hands of Kids Stuff Academy.

Amazing staff! They treat all the children like family. The facility is beautiful and clean. I feel confident that my child is well attended while at Kids Stuff Academy. Thank you for all you do!

My 8mo old son has been attending the Camson Rd. location since they opened in October. Before that he was attending SSH. The caregivers and employees have exceeded my expectations. I receive updates throughout the day for every meal, bottle, change, nap, and receive multiple photo updates as well! My son has been sick a lot and several times when he was home sick his “teachers” would reach out via the app to see how he was feeling. They also provide a variety of enrichment activities such a reading, singing, crafts etc. The daycare my son attended previously did not provide those things for the infant aged children. The facility is always very clean. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend KSA-Camson to anyone looking for childcare.
