What a terrible experience with the kids park Winchester especially with the director Lisa .and the owner don't bother to spend in vain time and money in this place the owner like the director they lack from professionalism is very ridiculous that as an owner they excuse the rude behaviour of their director there is nothing worse that Can you imagine finding a place with an arrogant attitude and high ego . No wait! Parents Make sure you give your children a great loving professional environment where they put love care and attention to your children needs . I know sometimes we are looking for a quick place to drop the children but if they are going to be treated like objects then abstain is not worth the money. Your welcome .

This place is designed to give parents temporary relief—whether for a date, running errands, or a short break—and it serves that purpose well. However, it differs significantly from traditional daycare. Screen time (TV, video games, etc.) is heavily used as the primary method of keeping a mixed-age group of energetic kids under control. The negative reviews about children getting hit and teachers being unresponsive are accurate. I personally witnessed a young girl crying in the corner while the staff did nothing to comfort her. I strongly recommend only sending children who can clearly communicate their needs and, ideally, defend themselves if necessary. This is not a suitable option for younger kids who still require naps, as there is no designated nap area.

I sent my daughter here for the first time this week and am so glad I did! She really seemed to enjoy her time there. After completing the registration forms online, I decided to drop in and see the space so I was a little more familiar before taking my daughter for the first time. I was so grateful for the very kind young lady who took a few minutes to give me a tour and answer all my questions. I never expected that since I didn’t schedule a tour or call ahead. She was also so kind to let me know that she would be there the following day when I would be dropping my daughter (2.5y.o) for the first time. Very reassuring. The children there seemed very happy and content. I didn’t observe any questionable behaviors or interactions. There were a decent amount of kids there when I dropped in since it was after school during the week. However, there seemed to be plenty of attentive and interactive staff with all of them and I especially liked how the kids were separated (0-5 in one space and 6-10 in the other). There were plenty of activities/stations that children could choose to participate in. The facility really has an open floor concept so that staff can have eyes on all kids which felt inviting and also safe. I think the cost of care is VERY reasonable compared to other places in the area. I also love how there’s no commitment to care but that it can be used on an ‘as-needed’ basis. I will DEFINITELY be bringing my daughter back here! :)

Kids get a lot of screen time after lunch, it’s not just 20 mins break, it’s binge watch for a couple of hours. I would not send kids to this place again.

Hosted my daughter's 5 year birthday party here and it was so well managed. The place is so so clean. I'm impressed. I coordinated with Lisa and she was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. Special kudos to the senior staff (forget her name) she's so kind and made all the kids feel so loved. They hosted 3 activities for kids which were dance, craft and face painting. The place is a great location for birthdays or just for kids to spend time when parents could shop close by
