Our daughter has done so well there and she has definitely progressed since she has been going there. She enjoys her time and meeting new kiddos. It is great meeting new parents. The coaches all show they care for the little ones and treat them with respect even though they are 2 years old they run around and the caches still have a good time. I love that the coaches show interest and help teach the kids about colors, animals, and other stuff on the screen.

Kid Strong is a fabulous place with wonderful people. Both my boys joined when they opened in February 2024 and have been coming weekly ever since. I have a 5.5 and 3.5 year old and each week they look forward to the coaches, courses, and the way Kid Strong makes them feel. The coaches are kind, helpful, creative, patient, and just overall good examples of humans! Coach Toshi, Ollie, Ruby, Anna, (just to name a few) make us feel welcomed and special each and every week. Great place to be!!

This is a fun different kind of kids gym. The focus is generally on confidence, strength, and independence more so than any particular skill or sport. It also encourages healthy competition and good sportsmanship through their “awards” process and competitive segments in each class. It’s always very clean and staff is very helpful, communicative and professional. My kids always have a lot of fun!

We’ve been at KidStrong Fairfax since the beginning and all the coaches have been great with our son. So glad I signed him up. He’s always had his favorite coaches and now they are coach Nico and Mateo!
