South Huntsville location behind Thrive:
My son was here from Feb 2025-May 2025. I do not recommend! The payment system continued to have issues, saying that I didn’t pay even though the system was directly connected to my bank account and I had hundreds over what was due. Some of the night staff had attitudes, would have full conversations with friends on their phones would I come to check on my son and when I would come pick him up. Once when I dropped my son off around 4pm I noticed a bouncy I saw another kid in the night before. The bouncy had mildew on the white plastic. The daycare had been opened for over 8 hours that day before I brought it to the attention of a director who cleaned it herself immediately. The night before it was dark and lights were off in the room so I don’t know if the mildew with there with a kid in it.
The final straw for me was that my kid kept getting sick, which is normal for a child’s first time attending daycare. But the last time he was sick I received a notice stating that fifth disease was detected at the daycare. When I researched it fifth disease comes from the human parvovirus and parvovirus is often found in puppies that come in contact with other dogs poop.
When I submitted my complaint and withdraw email Kristy, one of the directors said I will not get my money back from the following two weeks per their policy but I would get the remaining credit since I paid in advance that month. I asked if she would ask the owners to reconsider given my experience and the answer was still no. Here I am now two months post my withdrawal email, I have emailed and called several times and I still have not been given the credit minus the two weeks.
My experience with this place has been horrible. Adults and children walk around with there shows on in the infant room where babies crawl. Walking toddler are daily stationed in the room with newborns and crawling infants. This place was horrible.

Madison Hughes road location.
I'll start by saying I've used some of the higher-end daycares lake Hampton cove preschool and Ardent.
Facility 3/5 - let's be honest when you first walk in you are going to be a little skeptical. It's a very atypical layout for a daycare. If I had to describe it it looks like a cell phone store that someone turned into a daycare.
Hours 5/5 - I don't think I've ever heard of a daycare that offers the hours they do. They are open very early in the morning very late at night everyday. And they have weekend hours.
Staff 4/5 - they all seem like good people.
Structure 3.5/5 - as I mentioned before it's a very atypical layout. It's not like other daycares where there's tons of classrooms. The kids are all basically in 3 rooms. So obviously there's going to be a lot of TV. But let's be real... This place is like $1,000 a month. I've paid $4,000 a month for less convenience, a fancy building, and them still to basically just be watching Netflix and eating all day (the last day used had 2 30 minutes snacks 2 whole meals).
Price 5/5 - listen most of us are just trying to survive until our kids get into public school. It's like $1,000 a month.
Overall, I give them kudos for being flexible and affordable. If you have expendable money it might not be the best option for you. But I would 100% recommend this place for young and single parents. Because keeping childcare costs down means you can parent redirect your money into building a better life for your family.

All the staff is great. Super friendly, great with kids, and communicate well. My child has learned so much there. They are flexible with drop off and pick up times, being that I work a rotation this works perfect. Highly recommend.

When my daughter attended here, which was only for like a week or two, she came home every day in a bad mood. She never wanted to talk about her day. Which is very unusual because she’s not new to day care and has always been very talkative about how her days go. So after some time of trying to get her to open up about how her days were going one day I had asked her how her day went and this baby teared up and said her teachers are mean. So after subtly having to draw it out of her she finally told me that the teachers had threatened to hit her. This is not something that she has ever claimed before. And the way she was so emotional about it while telling me did not sit right with me AT ALL. I have never went in there and any of the kids look like they’re having a good time. It seemed more like a boot camp. They also had sent home her accident clothes in a bag and did not mention that there was poop in the underwear. She was picked up during a Valentine’s Day party and not a kid in there was smiling. Or talking. I do not recommend this place. It’s also VERY small

I was very skeptical when it came to putting my child in daycare. I’ve heard the stories about other daycares online, but decided to give Kidtowne a try so I drove there. When I arrived all of the staff were smiling, I was welcomed, the children were playing, and just having a blast! I didn’t see one unhappy face from the staff to the children. Months later, my son loves it here and wakes up ready to go to school. I feel good knowing my child is taken care of in my absence which gives me a peace of mind throughout the day. I recommend Kidtowne to anyone needing a daycare!
