Kidz Town of Dutchess

My family has been sending our children to Kidz Town since 2020. We have had nothing but a positive experience with this daycare. They are kind and patient whenever anything arises with our kids. They know them as the little people they are and go out of their way to build a rapport with them. My older son is moving on from Kidz Town for the district Universal Pre-K and it is genuinely sad to move on after the wonderful experience he has had here. Thank you for all of the hard work you do Kidz Town! You are seen and appreciated!

My son loves going to daycare, Ms. Alba is a great teacher and my son is always so happy getting dropped off. He works on so many projects that he gets to bring home and continues to learn so many new things. Ms. Alba also teaches them Spanish which is amazing. All of the staff are very friendly and my son loves everyone which makes it such a relief dropping him off. As a parent we worry about who is taking care of our kids and I’m so happy to have found this place!

From her very first day my daughter has enjoyed attending KidzTown. She has never once given me a hard time at drop off and sometimes even looks annoyed when I get there to pick her up because she is having a fun. The teachers and staff are great and will work with you when needed. ** update ** Reports that should have been filed were not filed and parents (myself) not notified by the center. I had to find out from agencies outside of the center which is a shame because had I been told by the center it wouldn’t have been a big deal.

My child loves going to school so much he sometimes does not want to come back with me. It is sad that a lot of teachers have left the daycare and hopefully whoever owns it can get to the problem and fix it. I’m not sure why supporting the LGBTQ community is even mentioned here. Shoving your own beliefs down innocent children’s throats and pushing your own agenda shouldn’t be part of a school system though, so if any teacher there was doing that I am extremely happy they are gone. The directors there are always very sweet and understanding.

Overall this daycare has a great curriculum. My daughter developed a lot in the toddler room. Most of the staff were friendly, specifically Lulu and Laney.
