I am going to be very critical in this review. I contacted this owner via email back in March and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly she responded. I was struggling to find a daycare for my daughter. The owner/manager let me know additional details and I attempted to set up a meeting via email as she said that I could. I work close by to the daycare so I stopped by and pick up an application/drop off the fee to hold a spot because daycare spots are extremely difficult to to come by for newborns. When I went to the location, the owner, Kimmie was not present. I was given a cell phone and told she was more than likely at the other location. I text her but I received no response. I presented to the second location, and there were a number of red flags. 1. No one answered the door despite using the buzzer and frequent knocking. Then I pushed the door and it was open…. In light of all the concerning issues on the news, you have doors open with direct access to people’s children???? 2. I walk in and attempt to speak to someone that could help me get an application/ set up an appointment for a tour at a later date…. No one could help. Apparently I would have to speak to the owner, who I was told was in a different room and refused to come out and speak. The poor response was unprofessional in itself but to not come out and speak to a potential customer regarding availability is concerning and rude. 3. I watched these newborns and infant screaming their heads off in that front room and they were not being tended to. I’m not sure if was due to poor staffing but I knew…. Not my daughter. If I taped what I saw and showed it to their parents, they would be livid. I pay close to twice as much for daycare now but I am happy for the peace of mind for how my daughter is being cared for.

My daughter has been going here for about a year now and she loves it. Socialization has been tough during this pandemic and they have been a godsend. The staff is very friendly and the owner is passionate about what they do. Highly recommend.
