Kings Community Action Organization

This organization is horrible 😪 They say they will help and they don't. They lie say to call when you get a shut off notice. Just to tell you are a day late. I called repeatedly for help. To be told to call when I had a shut off notice. I called and was told they wouldn't help me till after the first of the month. Told me I was to late. Smh......Thank You for nothing.

I have tried for the last three months to get an appointment. I have been awake every day by seven refreshing my screen as you can see by the timestamp and I have never been able to get an appointment as of yet.

Terrible service, spoke with girl regarding utility assistance and updated the missing documents and told me she would follow back up. Never called, and tried to call repeatedly don’t answer the phone now. Worthless, why even have this business. No help.

They always make you feel welcome at this place

I had a bad experience there however a wonderful employee turned it around and I am thankful. Not only did he turn around the uncomfortable situation i was in but he helped me in the most respectful and caring manner. Thank you Juan Carlos you are an asset to KCAO they need more people like you.
